Starbucks

This is my favorite Starbucks to come to. Mine is quick, and the service is excellent! Ms June is an absolute light and is the sweetest employee there is. Every time I come through the drive-through and she’s working she makes my day 10 times brighter. If you get the pleasure to meet Miss June you won’t be disappointed she is a gift! 💙

Ordered a trenta salted caramel cold brew cold foam. Instead I received a plain trenta cold brew cold foam with ABSOLUTELY nothing in it !! Just the cold brew! I didn’t know this until I was almost to work or else I would have turned around. I frequent this establishment quite a bit and one would think the staff would know what I wanted as the 2 young women that were working the drive through last night have been there for quite sometime! NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL!!

I recently got the Lavender Oatmilk Latte. And let me tell you, it was great- absolutely heavenly! Also, the staff is very nice as well. :)

The difference between one Starbucks and another will be cleanliness and friendliness. This place was super busy but still very clean, friendly, and as efficient as they could be for the nearly 40 customers they had when we were there.

A kind of small Starbucks with a VERY busy drive through and parking lot. There must have been 7 baristas behind the counter so everything was getting out very quickly. The lady at the register was very patient and helpful even though I was being pre-coffee dumb and holding up the line. Their pastry display was one of the tastiest looking I've seen in KC Starbucks.

I always get best service every time they know me by name.. Thank you 😊

Always like getting coffee here with the fast and friendly staff. I've never had a problem with any of Starbucks. It can get busy sometimes, but if your patient and not in a hurry. Then it's not an issue.

Great customer service. This is one of the better Starbucks I have been to.

Such great customer service. I ordered a black coffee on the app as I was driving to this Starbucks location. I was 8 minutes earlier than the estimated time and late for a meeting. The lady at the counter happily fulfilled my order within seconds. Thank you!!!

Very good coffee and food. I ordered the Vanilla Bean Cream Frappuccino with a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich.

I normally get their green tea but they were out of tea. I can't have much sugar and the lady at the counter was so helpful and I got a delicious almost sugar free drink that was made with oat milk. I really appreciated her kindness.

This is a very busy location but is worth a little wait. They are fast, accurate, and friendly. I never mind waiting a short while. If you see a line snaking out from the drive thru, please be thoughtful of others needing to get to others shops in the area and use the parking lot behind Starbucks to get yourself positioned to wait behind the line of cars so as to make a right hand turn into the Starbucks lot.

The staff is always super friendly and hardworking. They don't slack off at all and really do their best to keep the line down. My favorite thing is the last two times I've gone in there there's been NO music blasting, and if they do have it on it's soft jazz that's so gentle you can barely hear it. I hate going into other Starbucks because most times they have some psychotic dance music blaring at full volume and you can't even have a conversation. I've been enjoying coming in here and just relaxing for some time now.

The baristas were incredibly swamped; a long line of cars outside, and a long line of patrons inside, yet they were fast and friendly. My friend and i were in and out much quicker than we had anticipated. Plus, our drinks seemed exceptionally good considering how busy they were. The baristas working that day really need to be recognized for a job very well done!

The staff is wonderful here. They are very often slammed with orders, but take it all in stride. Although it's a very busy business, there's never a rushed feeling on my side of the counter. I can sit and enjoy, or take my coffee elsewhere. Whatever makes me confortable.

This Starbucks is great! I asked for a drink that I wasn't sure if they still had (they didn't), but she said if I had the recipe they'd be happy to make it. Also we ordered a small cup of whipped cream (a happy cup as we call it) for our son. And I stead of just a tiny shot glass size she gave us a full small size. They're always friendly here but this girl was awesome!

Knowledgeable fast staff, great customer service, and the coffee and tea we love, what more could we ask? Always a good trip through their drive thru, they get the drinks right the first time and do it all with a smile.

Great place! The staff is always super friendly. Of course the prices are not exactly cheap, but the coffees and drinks are good. I personally prefer Panera bread just because I drink a very basic espresso, and I like snacks or a breakfast sandwich to accompany my coffee.
The snacks are pretty good. Now Starbucks is of course a national chain and so I understand that they are not focused on the quality of the snacks as much as other items. However, I will be going to Panera instead (just because I like the food better).
An employee did ask me one time what my favourite colour was, and I thought that was very nice of him. Just a simple question but it showed that he cared about the customers.

This is the fastest Starbucks I think I've ever been to. I used it twice over the Thanksgiving holiday, the line was long both times, and we sailed right through. I also appreciated the great attitude of the staff. I highly recommend this location
