Pilot Travel Center

Hi everyone. This place is very nice, clean and easy in and out. Employees friendly and helpful. Only one downside is small truck parking lot, about 15. They have 2 clean showers, ATM, CAT scale, PJ fresh, donkin donuts. Big paved parking lot across the street is only for who get unloaded and loaded underground. Park at your own risk. Casino across pilot have also truck parking, is free of charge at this point.

Very friendly staff and they have a lot of cool souvenirs. From bumper stickers, chakra stones, shot glasses, keychains, different kinds of sage and even Disney stuffed animals.

Best place to stop on 210.. with a with variety of products.. showers. Fresh food.. you name it. And they have the most amazing customer service..

Just a very quiet parking lot in a great place to REST lots of spots across street in case you needed

Very small parking lot, store is very clean. Only 2 showers. Cashier ladies are very nice, Britney is the best at customer service. She should be a store manager and train all workers ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This Pilot truck stop was great. The folks working here are very friendly & helpful. I stopped in to get cleaned up & for coffee & snacks to take with me. The store, restrooms & showers are very clean, all of the coffee pots were full & the coffee wasn't burnt. I will check out other Pilot locations when I'm on the road again.

Breakfast here is fantastic for a gas station. Delicious biscuits and gravy, eggs, and bacon, all for $6. I'm impressed with the quality of a breakfast here, and it is certainly served quickly, hot, and fresh. You won't be disappointed.

This really is an A+ "gas station," though the title "travel center" certainly is more appropriate. Great selection of ready-made food, snacks, coffee, etc. as well as a little deli counter with a few hot food selections that is open for several hours each day. Always clean and well kept. Has self-serve Dunkin Donuts hot & iced coffee and donuts inside. Love this place! Super convenient location if you're traveling between 291 and 435.

I normally don't review gas stations but this place had something special.

Most gas stations do many things well but suck at the most important travel item. That item is taking a dump. A gas station is usually feared when it comes time to taking care of business. This place not only had a clean bathroom, but the stalls were private where I don't have to worry about people peeking through the gap at my naked azz dropping a bomb.

Gas is fine here too. :)

Great Food, Plenty of Parking Space for Truckers, Makes for a Great Stop off for Famlies if your heading to World's of Fun/Oceans of Fun. Public Bathrooms are Clean! Shower Rooms are Big and Cleaned!
Great Morning Service with a "Hello and A Smile!"

Fuel islands were clean- as in no diesel spills and the store is very organized and clean. When I was in there at midnight, there was a line as there was only one cashier at the time. In walks another employee just coming in to start her shift, saying good morning to us in line (she did it with a big smile! 🙂)and she wasted no time in getting behind the register and helping getting the line down very quickly. I shall be back as it's on my route I do every night.

I love this place! My dad was an over the road truck driver for 30 years. Pearl Harbor Survivor as well. He has been gone since 99
And my Childhood friend Johnny Henson is a truck driver too. So...the customers are cool. So are the employees. They sell EVERYTHING! 😁 Good food, fabulous showers. Nice people.

Gas station has been remodeled and is very nice, always clean and the staff is always friendly. Has a Dunkin Donuts attached to it which is nice. My only complaint has nothing to do with them, and that's that it is hard to get out of due to the traffic light.

Was working in the subtrobolis for about six months and every morning I would stop here and get breakfast. The girls are always super friendly and glad to see the regulars. Bathrooms are clean too.

It always has diesel fuel and I run on that stuff. PJ Fresh inside has great food, friendly staff (usually). Make sure you get there at least a couple hours before closing if you want the pot roast or meatloaf which are both aaaahhhhhmazing for a restaurant.

First time in there when I discovered they had Dunkin Donuts coffee. And the cashier let me have it for free since it was Pro driver month. Will definitely be back cuz it's close to my home didn't know it was there.

Great pilot truck stop, here you can get fresh ground coffee and order up your own fresh food made on the spot. Worker said this is the first full service pilot like this anywhere. Well done pilot, you should do this everywhere.

Amber, one of the managers, is wonderful to work with and understands the value of good customer service. She is the best and quickly solved a small issue. In fact she went above and beyond and restored my confidence in Pilot.
