Caribou Coffee

I am a regular here and go about twice a week. I have only gotten great customer service and amazing drinks/dood from them! I would highly recommend the Iced Malted Mocha, it is fire!!! 10/10

I get coffee here at least twice a week, sometimes more. The baristas are always so sweet and quick to get my order in and out. And the breakfast bagel sandwiches are fantastic! The bagel is ALWAYS fresh and soft- I’m obsessed.

Efficient little caribou. They were busy but still pretty fast. Location is convenient with a gas station and convenience store right next door.

I always get a dark chocolate breve mocha, and they're delicious. Coffee cake is good too. Service has always been fast, and courteous.

Only stopped in for coffee, but I was very pleased with their offerings. Very flavorful and smooth. Not bitter or acidic.

Got a chai tea with a shot of espresso. Really helped make my holiday weekend even better. The barista was very helpful and friendly. I purchased while my hubby got gas at Hy-Vee next door. Very convenient. The place was also very clean.

I am just leaving Caribou. Gabe waited on me and made my experience festive and energetic. Starbucks is across the street from my home and the 8 minute drive was worth it. He came off from behind the counter and explained the coffee roasts to me. I picked one. That was my first experience getting my coffee grounded in the store. I also got a good mint drink to go with almond milk. It was a great experience. Winters and long work hours are difficult for me. Thanks Gabe.

Personally, my favorite compared to Starbucks. There's this really nice person there who is extremely helpful, and it is also really convenient because it is built right into the Hy-Vee Gas Station. You can buy yourself some chips and some lunch, and then go and get some coffee.

I've been to the drive thru twice now and it is so pleasant! The people are ever so cheerful and friendly and their drinks are yummy. I haven't tried their food, but I'm excited to go back and try more things!

Extremely friendly staff who stayed open a little later than usual after I had called them on my way out of town on a long driving trip. Their coffee is amazing and wish they were more common than Starbucks because I find it to be superior in quality and taste.

I love my spicy white mocha and bacon soufflé!

In all my time I've only had 2 issues;

-Women at the window gave me the wrong drink and wanted to debate what I said.
-I got the turkey bacon mini and the top was so hard I couldn't eat it.

Other than that the drinks and food are usually on point... and I go a lot

I do suggest if the CC machine is an issue, to post that before someone is stuck in the drive through. Lucky I always carry cash, but having it at the order box is already too late for that type of setup.

Excellent drinks. I prefer tea never had a bad drink. Hot. Cold. I don’t like coffee but theirs does taste better than Starbucks. The food is good but slightly pricey. I go out of my way to to come here.

My daughter says they're cold Frappuccinos and all their cold drinks are delicious. Also not like other coffee drive-thrus, they get their mixture just right so you don't have to add anything else to it
