Great place with knowledgeable staff that are excited to help you get the things you were looking for and also suggested things you might not have thought of. Great people!

I’ve never had issues at this GameStop. I usually go in for Funko Pops as I’m not a big gamer (though I do play on occasion) and the employees have always been nice and helpful. If they aren’t too busy, they’ll carry on a conversation about the Pops as several of them collect Pops as well. It never has been busy when I’ve gone and they seem to have a great selection of collectibles, games, and everything else.

This place is very clean, and the staff are so much nicer here than at other Gamestops around Missouri. I wish I had more money to spend, there's a lot of great stuff (ie, it isn't completely overrun by Funko Pops, thank goodness).

I just started working across the street, and I figured it was worth stopping by since the closest location to my house is Belton, and I've had some poor experiences there lately. Oddly enough, I discovered the old manager at Belton (who I've always enjoyed working with) is now managing the Harrisonville location. Talk about a pleasant surprise. Per usual, he went above and beyond to get me taken care of, and I have no hesitations in coming back.

I go out of my way to go to this one because the staff is awesome.

The employees are gamers. Which is twice as helpful as any other store I have been to, they are knowledgeable and experienced in all types of games and systems, I love the staff like family, they are extremely important to the store and more importantly the customer service as well. The owner or owners of Harrisonville, Missouri Gamestop must give the employees a raise for all the things that they do for us. Thank you and keep it up people.

Went in for a new phone today from Cricket. Tyler was super helpful and very patient! Also browsed in the store and they have a great selection of games and accessories. Highly recommend this location!

I love this gamestop! They are always super helpful and patient as my 2 year old is running crazy around the store because there is so much cool stuff to look at. They recently just help me trade my dad and husband's ps4's in for the ps4 pro's. It went pretty quick and we got a great deal!

This location is great. All the employees are knowledgeable and very friendly. I enjoy taking my son to this location, because they are very nice to him as well.

Great staff. Always knows what promos are available and they always they to get you the best deal they can. Cool guys to talk to.

Very informative and knowledgeable staff. If you have a problem with a game or console, they'll replace it. That is something you can't find anywhere else.

Clean store, knowledgeable staff, and decent collection of games & gaming accessories. Weeding out 360 items though. Nice selection of clearance items.
