McDonald's

I went through and had the best McDonald's experience ever. The man working Robert Kate's was so kind and went above and beyond with customer service. Way to go MacDonalds

We all know what McDonald's tastes like. Stale McDonald's fries make us all sad, but don't freak out about it or post on your local resident pages. Calmly ask for fresh or be on your way. You know you'll be there again tomorrow. The menu is the same everywhere. There are no surprises. Get your food and go. You'll be fine.

On Friday, July 14th, I went through the drive through for coffee & breakfast. The attendant who took my order and money was absolutely outstanding. Her name is Julie, and she was absolutely a joy and delight. She even wished me a "McHappy Day" when I exited. If I lived in Pleasant Hill, I would be a frequent customer without a doubt!

The stuff is extremely friendly!! Julie is the nicest person you will ever help you in a drive thru or anywhere. I know my food will be correct when she takes my order.

I usually go through the drive thru and order a large unsweetened ice tea almost everyday on the way to work. I am an ice tea connoisseur and I know my tea. The tea here is always brewed perfectly. I am so glad that they sell diet Dr. Pepper now. ' Julie ' is my favorite cashier (no offense to the others) but I have know her for years from a restaurant in Belton, Missouri.

I just ordered a frappe while the person I was with order lunch to go. Great frappe! Very clean looking inside.

I felt extremely bad for the workers as I am a fast food worker. it was extremely busy when i went and I hope every body has a good rest of there night. I know its not the easiest thing in the world but everything turns out for the best in the end. Peace✌

I was accidentally double charged the last time I came here due to a glitch in the mobile app. The gm was out due to illness which delayed a resolution, but she definitely made it up and then some. Thank you!

Very nice McDonalds. Employees are always helpful and friendly. The tall thin young man with very blonde hair has the sweetest smile and is so polite. In the mornings there is a young lady with longer red hair that is usually in a bun, with glasses who is very nice. Always helpful and as fast as they can be.

No matter how short staffed they all hustle and do their best to make sure everybody gets the correct order, fresh and in a timely manner.

I tried their new pastry line and it was terrific! My wife liked the blueberry muffin the best however I liked the cinnamon roll the best.

The staff is always nice and not customer service nice, engaging in genuine conversation nice. Food is fresh and accurate.

Every time I've came here it's always been a good experience! Everyone is always so nice. And my food is always hot.

The attitude of management has changed and it is beginning to show. Much improved over the past 2 months.
