CARSTAR Wicklunds Liberty

CarStar was great! They had my car checked in and completed before the estimated completion date. They did a great job and my car looks brand new. They even made sure to clean out the inside. The service providers did a good job of ensuring everything was accurate from the estimate to completion. The staff also worked closely with Enterprise to ensuring I was taken care of by making calls and arranging transportation to the car rental facility. Great service and good people!

The day I stepped into your business, both ladies treated me well. I was told my car repair will take 8 days for the repair. When I picked up my SUV. It was clean inside my car and outside. That made me feel really good. I will let people know about this business.

During a long road trip in my Ford Taurus my husband hit (Unavoidable) a hugh racoon @ 70 mph on the highway. we didn't think much of it at first. But all of a sudden we started hear dragging noises so we pulled off the road and looked under my car. Both pieces of my shroud had detached from the bumper. We loaded the parts into the trunk and finished our journey home. Once we was home I took the parts to my local shop and they told me I had to replace my bumper because it was busted up. So we called up AAA to file a claim. So AAA suggested and sent paperwork over to Wicklunds Carstar body shop. The very next day I got a call from Wicklunds to get my car in for an estimate, we set an appointment for the next day. When we arrived for our estimate appointment, we was greeted by a friendly staff and had small conversations with employees that had nothing to do with our appointment. Mrs. Darla came out and took pictures and even layed on the ground to take pictures underneath the car and to observe the damage, she knew her stuff, I was impressed with her knowledge. We scheduled the service to be done a few days later, after we set up my rental car. I was given a due date (not promised, which was fine) which was nine or ten days later (because of the weekend). We received text throughout the process keeping us informed of the progress being made. Three days before the establishment completion date, I got a text telling me my car was ready. When I picked up my car Mrs. Darla went over all of the repairs and answered any of the questions we had.
I'm so glad we took our car to Carstar Wicklunds of Liberty because you never know what damage was done until it's taken apart. New Bumper, Radiator, windshield washer pump and other components. All of the work is guaranteed as long as I own the vehicle by Wicklunds and 5 years by Carstar. One of the best things was, Wicklunds communicated with the insurance company making it all happen without me having to be involved.

My experience with Wicklunds Carstar was very good, as have past experiences with them. They kept me informed along the process and answered any questions I might have. They made this as smooth as possible even with a few kinks thrown in.

These are the best people to meet after you’ve had an accident! Their estimate was quick, thorough and honest. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and the car rental company. The work took exactly as long as they said it would. When I picked my vehicle up, it was better than I expected. If I have another accident Wickland will be the body shop to repair my vehicle.

Professional, polite, and personable. They took a bad experience (hit by a deer and being without a car for a month) and made it easier to deal with. I received numerous update texts so I wasn't left wondering about the repair status. The work they did was top notch and finished earlier than estimated. Definitely THE place to take your car.

My little car looked beautiful when I picked it up. Jason was a jewel, he agreed to fix my car when it looked almost hopeless. He continued to keep me updated on the progress of completion. I certainly give Carstar a 5+. Thank you for all your hard work.

I went here for an estimate of minor damage from fireworks, Jason the owner was so nice and got all the damaged areas even on glass out. We learned a lot from Jason. Everyone is very professional there. I and my wife highly recommend Carstar Wicklunds Liberty.

Gerald always takes care of his customers he had Aaron help me with my Colorado even found some damage I didn’t see and would have missed quoted me a fair price and handled everything with my Insurance company. They were easy to work with a kept following up as my schedule was hectic for repairs. Would defiantly recommend and use again! 🤩

People at Wickland’s are great. Friendly, helpful and have gone overboard the help me. I highly recommend them. I had to ask for them to help me with a couple things that simply saved me steps and they were more than willing to help me.
