White Chapel Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens

After my mom had passed we searched for the best place to have her service. We chose White Chapel in Gladstone Mo. mainly because of Tara! She was so sweet and professional, that really made the choice easy. Then we got to work with John and he was also stellar! Between Tara and John, they were able to get us what we needed on our modest budget but we received much more than we bargained for! The room was beautiful and the staff was extremely accommodating. They even made things happen that pleased both sides of the family and they did not have to do that! John made sure that the obituary was as perfect as possible and made changes without a second thought. Tara even sent me pictures of the niche and said she was just thinking about us and it is that personal touch that really makes the difference. I cannot rave enough about how great Tara and John are but rest assured, they have a special place in all of our hearts!! I would recommend them without a moments hesitation! Thank you very much Tara, John and all of the fine folks at White Chapel!!!

My girlfriend died, I made one phone call to White Chapel they took care of everything. I was able to make my dear friend wishes happen. Roz took care of our veiwing and cremation. Julie gave us prices for some other options later. Only 10 of us were allowed so when the virus is gone we'll have service and get to celebrate her life, which she deserves. I miss Her so very much and again they have been so respectful.

The staff was wonderful, no pressure, they made the best of it for us.

Many of my relatives are burred here or plan to be. My family visits every year on memorial day, and we couldn't be happier with the place.

If you leave ANY decorative items, they can and will remove them at their desire. I'm sure one of their employees is enjoying the decorative metal flag my sister left over my Dads grave. There is a special place in h@#l for these people. I wish my Dad had never chosen to be buried here.

Did a horrible job covering the bullet hole in my friends head, you could still see exposed flesh. Disgusting work. Also very rude and condescending... In a time of loss, avoid this place at all costs!
