The Fullinwider Firm, LLC has been doing my S-corp books for over 20 years now. I started working with Lorraine Brant 20 years ago because her firm was fine working with my Quickbooks files. One of their accountants now comes in once a month to run payroll. They also do my business and personal taxes and I rely on their expertise on those decisions that have to come up every once in a while as a small business owner. They are very easy to work with.

The principals and staff of the Fullinwider Firm provided timely and economical assistance to me in settling the estate of a neighbor. Always quick to respond by phone, email or personal visits to their office, they took care of the burden of end-of-the-year tax returns and estate filings as real professionals.

This accounting firm is friendly, professional, speedy, and accurate. We are very pleased with their service!

Recommended by a friend, we were first in contact with Dean and Jessie in August of 2021. We provided our previous year returns and first quarter financials to review, anticipating they would be preparing our 2021 returns. The initial correspondence was warm and welcoming. Fast forward to January 15, 2022. I received an email today, notifying me that my business was not a "good fit" for them and that I needed to look elsewhere to have my taxes prepared. When I asked why, Dean informed me that the firm has decided to focus only on clients who have been in business for 5+ years with gross revenue of $1 million or more. I respect that decision, but I do not respect their choice to wait until January 15th to tell me that I need to seek the services of another firm. While they may provide exceptional service to the clients they retain, I feel this latest correspondence was disrespectul and ultimately unprofessional.

Very unprofessional. Very egotistical. Extremely full of themselves. Will make you feel unworthy of their time. Will smile in your face and talk badly behind your back. If you think they can’t stoop any lower, you’re in for a surprise. Save yourself the trouble and invest your time and effort elsewhere, somewhere it will be appreciated and at the bare minimum, not be disrespected for the most unnecessary things. Rating it 1 star is being extremely generous. If you don’t believe me, or think I am exaggerating, please go ahead see for yourself.

The worst experience I have ever had with a tax professional. When I expressed my displeasure with their service they sent me a disengagement letter as a response. One star is too many for this company.
