Rebekah B. was very helpful! The computer showed they had 2 parts in stock and they only had one when I arrived. She quickly found a solution to that problem and fixed it efficiently! I was very happy with my visit and will be making the 30 minute commute to come back when I need something again. They have SO SO many car accessory options!!!!! More than Walmart or Oreilly’s combined. They even have my bedazzled decor! It’s all very affordable. I will finally be bedazzling my whole car thanks to Auto Zone :)

This location is always helpful and knowledgeable, but I really appreciate my experience the other day. A team member made sure to assist me from shelf to counter and Josh made sure to double check it was the right product for my needs. He also gracefully navigated problem-solving my exchange, remaining personable in his persistence of the technical challenge. Thanks again to all of you!

Went in to buy a brake booster for my truck. Not being much of a mechanic, Joshua was very helpful in making sure I had everything I needed. He even gave my some helpful tips to aid my job. Can't say enough they really went above and beyond.

I had a very genuine experience today from Autozone. I was assisted by Josh, a very knowledgeable and caring person. I did end up having to buy a belt after all however he taught me a few tricks! Thanks

I needed a belt for my Lincoln Blackwood and all other stores showed the wrong belt. Autozone did as well but when I explained the difference to Joshua Hudson, he took the time to research the discrepancy and after 15 minutes, found the correct belt in stock and I left very happy. Great job Autozone!

I can tell you what I love most about AutoZone.
I don't like to hunt for things. Almost every time my shop at AutoZone I am greeted by someone from behind the counter. I tell them what I'm looking for and they look at up or take me right to exactly what I was looking for. The prices always pretty good as well

I visited this Autozone on 3/16/2023 to purchase a new instrument cluster. Josh Hudson, the store manager, was extremely helpful and even validated that the distributor had the part available prior to placing the order. 10/10.

Josh at the Harrisonville store went above and beyond to help me with a cosmetic problem on my car. He took the time to show me AND one of his employees what to do. I will only go there for my car needs now! WTG Josh!

Let me tell you. Bob is the best! I called him to ask him if he would take care of my battery for my car, that I needed to send my daughter up with my charge card to get one. Bob said yep send her up and we will take care of you. And he did. He was very helpful, honest and just a great in every way. He used his lunch break to install the battery even though there were other guys there that could have done it for him. Auto Zone better hold on to him! He is amazing. Thank you Bob.
