Liberty Hospital Primary Care Shoal Creek

The doctor was VERY intelligent and knowledgeable and already familiar with my medical history before my first visit. It had been a long time since I had been seen by a PCP because of Covid, but she took my health issues in stride and helped me to understand the specialists I would want tant to see and the tests I would need to get. She was PATIENT and instilled a new confidence and optimism in me. I would be happy to be her patient for the rest of my life!

Alicia Muller and her nurse Mary always give the best experience. I’ve never felt more welcome and heard by a HCP. I had to go in for a vaccine the other day and I as of recent began to basically pass out from vaccines. Both Alicia and Mary were by my side when I said I didn’t feel well- bringing me water, a snack, and an ice pack. Talked with me the whole time distracting me and making sure I was 100% before leaving. Not to forget, how Alicia and Mary remembered the things we spoke about during my previous appt in September making me truly feel heard and not like just any other patient. I couldn’t recommend these two more!

Doctor Abby Oshel and staff are the best I have ever had!!! They are very polite, professional and knowledgeable. They are always up to date on any new procedures or medications that will help improve the patient’s life.. They are a 10 star in my opinion

Nurse Practitioner Alicia Muller, FNP-C is very kind and compassionate with her care for patients. She always make me feel comfortable and safe.

Outside of the checkin lady out front everything was great. Checkin had no compassion or personality..the nurses were great, really terrific..couldn't ask for better, even the CT scan people were really professional and nice., very helpful. The doctor I had was wonderful, checked in on me, and explained what his plan for me was all about. Considering I was not feeling good and in pain, the nurses and doctor as well as all others who helped me in any way impressed me greatly! Just the checkin lady who was there at 8 am needs to take a happy pill!!

Melanie Palma is my Dr. She and her staff have always been very thorough in their efforts to treat me. I would recommend her to anyone wanting a Dr with great bedside manner.

Dr. Alexander Schoofs is an incredible Doctor. I won’t go anywhere else. He is very thorough and diagnosed me with my hip 6 years ago and I continue to see him for all of my joint issues and my boys have seen him also. Amazing care. The whole staff is great here! Thank you!

This was my second time being here. I am a new patient. I had an appointment last week with Nurse Practitioner Alicia Muller. Very sweet, and super informative. I came in asking for labs and a full checkup since it had been a while since I've been to the doctor. She took it a step further and ordered even more labs to check for other things I hadn't thought of. She overloaded me with info but was very reassuring and informative when I had questions. Today, I went in for the lab work to be done and the lady who drew my blood was very personable and made me feel comfortable. So far, I am super please with my experience here. Also, very clean and nice office. Front desk staff also very helpful and kind. Both times I've been here there was hardly a wait- even with my getting there an hour early for my labs( I had several appointments today and got there early just in case they could squeeze me in. And that they did!) I'm very pleased.

Dr Garstang and staff are exceptional and provide the finest medical care. He was responsible for identifying that I had a serious cardiovascular illness and saved my life.

Melanie Palma is great! She sits down and listens to what you have to say, as opposed to some doctors who stare at their laptops and act like they’re not listening. She made me feel comfortable and that she truly cares about my health!

Dr. Oshel is the best! She takes time to listen, and really cares. We drive 45 minutes to see her!

So every single person we encountered was helpful, polite, caring. Every person. They all wanted to help in their roles. I mean nobody wants to be injured but these people from the Sports med Doc to the lovely support staff and x-ray person were 100% the best. I felt like all of them genuinely wanted to help my son get healthy. Thank you all.

She spent a great amount of time with me exploring my health and looking at me as a whole person. Her supportive staff was friendly and efficient.
