I was super pleased with this repair from Carstar. They also cleaned the exterior AND interior of the car before I picked it up which I was not expecting! The car was all vacuumed out, and as a mom of two little kids who track in a lot of crumbs and leaves, that was greatly appreciated!

This repair was for a fender bender and the other party’s insurance paid. We had already had some damage above our driver side front wheel well and I had explained that wasn’t part of the damage from the fender bender.
At no extra charge, they popped out the dent a bit and painted over a rust spot to help it stop rusting. Totally above and beyond.

I would absolutely return to Carstar for future car repairs.

From reception to completion of service, I had a very positive experience. All staff members were attentive, very friendly, open, and honest. The repair my daughter’s car needed was done perfectly, at the cost quoted and in the timeline they estimated. Great service!

They did a great job on fixing my 2020 ford mustang to look better than how I brought it. Also Chris did an outstanding job on keeping me updated throughout the whole process. On top of that they washed and detailed the outside of my car, tires, and rims. 10/10, would recommend to anyone.

Very accommodating. They would communicate with me when the Hartford couldn’t be bothered so I got most of my information from the body shop rather than the insurance company. They were very friendly and helpful. They did very good work.

Great customer service, professional and friendly. One guy saw me struggling switching my car seat from my car to rental and volunteered to help me. Was understanding of my work schedule and car rental needs and drove me to rental car place.

My front drivers side was damaged in a car accident. I also had a window broken into that had to be replaced at the same time. Because I am a teacher, I really needed the car repairs done during July when I did not have school. CarStar worked with my schedule. They communicated and negotiated with my insurance company. The work was completed in less that 2 weeks. I received a beautiful, clean car. They even cleaned the interior, and cleaned the tape residue from where I had plastic from the busted window. I can’t imagine better service.

The customer service was fantastic! Extremely helpful and nice. They were even finished with my car several days before they estimated! Was a nice surprise to see my car washed and detailed too! Definitely will recommend.

Amazing service from start to finish. Went there for an insurance claim and they did not disappoint. Very nice people and an excellent service provided. They handled the communication with the rental company for my loaner to extend while repairs were made as well.

Truly remarkable service and workmanship! Hit a deer, broke a side view mirror and had some major dents. Did claim through State Farm. CARSTAR contacted me within the next day. Got me in for quote, took in the next week, and around 2 weeks later drove home a car that looked like nothing happened to it at all. Hopefully won’t need their services again, but if the occasion arises I definitely know where I’ll be going.

Recently had to have my truck repaired due to an accident. My truck is good as new! Everyone in the office was very helpful!! I would gladly use these guys again!!!

What a great experience. Communication and service above and beyond for our insurance repair. John was awesome and helped a ton with our rental situation when work was taking longer than expected.

Customer service and communication were first rate. W there were some delays getting parts from the manufacturer but Chris and John kept me informed of the situation and what they were doing to rectify it. Work done looks beautiful. Carstar in Raytown is the best place to take your car for repairs . They explained everything they were going to do and did a great job. The time frame to get my car back perfect. I would go back again.

My experience with CARSTAR was great. It took carstar a week to have my SUV fixed they evening cleaned the inside of my SUV. I have no complaints very thankful and satisfied with the finished work.

From the initial estimate to my car being completed, I would recommend CarStar to anyone! They were excellent with the communication during my process and completed my car restoring it back to normal. My car was even cleaned out and ran through the car-wash as well when completed.
