Personalized traditional American dinner place with super friendly and caring waitresses. The price is affordable and reasonable in today’s inflated economy. Super-healthy and tasty kids menu to keep my kids enjoying their fine dinning experience at a cozy restaurant. Same price range like Cheese Cake Factory with less sugar, fat and salt. A adults and kids friendly place for a nice eat-out. My recommended dish is grilled shrimp and strawberry salad! Healthy, colorful, and tasty.

John provided us with excellent and engaging service. Drinks from the bar (martinis) were lite on actual spirits (gin and vodka), but otherwise tasty enough. John did a fantastic job with table-side shaking and pouring. Our fillets were a tad undercooked for medium rare, but better that than overcooked. Wine selection is limited, but there are a number of good options, including Freemark Abbey and Faust. Dessert and after dinner drinks were yummy. Our first time, but we will be back.

It was a bit loud, but the center cut sirloin was absolutely perfect and well worth the price.

I highly recommend the bacon devilled eggs (watch the red sauce on the platter, it is very HOT).

The coffee was excellent, too.

The staff members were friendly and prompt.

We will definitely be back next time we're in town.

The food here was good and the service was very friendly. Our server was knowledgeable. The steaks were flavorful. The decor and ambiance is nice and welcoming. I enjoyed the seared tuna quite a bit. We had a short wait, maybe 10-15 minutes. One thing to note is that even though the soup or potato dishes are flavorful, they may make you feel full quite fast.

The food was superior and cooked just right. The server was super friendly and wanted to do a great job - just a little forgetful. But definitely recommend and will come again.

Been coming here for years ,with friends and family and have never had a bad meal . This establishment is very underrated!!

We had excellent experiences at this restaurant. We were staying near it and decided to give it a try. I had never been to a Firebirds before. We enjoyed it so much the first night we went back 3 more times and took friends with us. The bartenders were great (we are bar diners) and Eric Brockway was a pleasure to talk to as well. Great happy hour also.

Great service at the bar, food was delicious. Service was prompt, and servers were very nice. One note: ribs were amazing one night, cooked perfectly and were fall off the bone delicious. We went back on another visit, and ordered ribs again. Quality was different, not as good as the other time. Everything else was great.

Great service, great food. I have a shellfish allergy, staff and Manager were great, came over to let us know that one of the appetizers would not be safe. Also made sure to cook my steak in separate pan. We had the Deviled Egg appetizer then salad, steak and a bread roll. Manager also gifted us dessert. Whqt a wonderful establishment.

Decided to go here after Texas Roadhouse across the street was packed. First time being here I was unsure of the place at first but pleasantly surprised as my waiter Jon was amazing. He was beyond friendly, sociable and very accommodating. The food was amazing as well. I ordered the Garlic Sirloin and was not disappointed. The steak was amazingly cooked and very tender. My side was the loaded potatoes which complimented the steak :) I would definitely recommend this place, it’s not pricey for the amazing food and service they provide! Thank you again Jon for being so amazing!

All I can say is wow! This was our first time visiting and we were completely blown away by the service and food! Our waitress Rachel was super friendly and attentive and Matt made sure to check on us to make sure we had an exceptional experience. We ordered the wings, lobster and spinach queso, grilled salmon, au gratin potatoes and ribs and all of it was cooked to perfection! Everything was seasoned perfect and we loved the wood fire grill “smoked” flavor! Great prices and portions as well! Overall we had a top tier experience and can’t wait to come back to try more of the menu! A must visit if you are in the area! 👌🏽🫶🏽❤

I was running late and was able to get a 9:30pm reservation. It was fantastic. Almost like private dining. Food and staff were excellent. I had a Cajun Ribeye that was mouth-watering amazing. Carrot cake was a nice finish. Thank you.

Overall wonderful recovery by Matt and team in the midst of a very negative customer seated near us. Thank you for seeing and going above and beyond to ensure our time there was nothing short of feeling loved and seen. Food was great! Highly recommend the hot honey chicken sandwich and absolutely loved the healthier kids options. We will be back ❤

Food out of this world, cooked to perfection, large selection to choose from. Atmosphere exceptional, busy, fun, exciting, but quiet enough you can converse with your friends. NO CRYING CHILDREN, SCREAMING MOM AND DAD......Everybody enjoying themselves.

We arrived at 8pm and didn't have a reservation and told there would be an hour for a table so we decided to sit at a bar table. The tables were small but a cozy environment. Our server was very friendly and helpful with suggestions.
We ordered Chicken Enchilada Soup to share forban apperizer and it was tasty with crunchy tortilla strips.
We ordered Salmon with mushrooms and Ribeye with mixed vegetables. I asked our server if the steaks are usually cooked under, over or just as ordered. She said the steaks are usually cooked slightly under ordered so I ordered Medium instead of Medium Rare. The steak came out Well Done. Our server immediately picked up another plate taking only the steak so I could enjoy everything else on my plate and said I will have them cook a new one for you and the chef brought another very quickly and asked me to cut it and make sure it was cooked to my liking. It was perfect!
What service and everything was absolutely delicious!!
Firebirds is top notch and we will definitely return, but with reservations next time. 😀

I was skeptical about this place. It looks like an upscale big chain restaurant. But I was pleasantly surprised. It was a busy holiday happy hour. But we were seated at a high top table in the bar area quickly. Ordered our drinks and food and it all came out with no delay. Happy hour specials were great. The food had wonderful fresh flavors.

Food was excellent. The pre fixe menu was fantastic and frankly the offerings looked tastier than the main menu! The creme Brule cheesecake was amazing. I also had the salmon over the pilaf. It was so perfectly cooked. Be aware if you're gluten or nut free this may not be a good place for you- the food was grilled on a nut tree wood and there was little choice for the gluten free member of our party.
It was also a little loud.
Service was excellent.

All I need to say is if it wasn’t for Jon B. being so charismatic and brilliant at his job, I wouldn’t be writing a review. I was ready to leave because I wasn’t “feeling the vibe” but as soon as Jon came up to introduce himself, with a tray of drinks in hand for another table, apologizing that he couldn’t get to us right away but would be right over, I was sold. The courtesy, poise and genuine personality will now make me a repeat customer. The food was amazing. The price point was amazing. The service was amazing.

But Jon B. is the star of the show.
I highly recommend asking to sit in his section.

Wonderful experience, it was our first time here, we came to celebrate my daughters 20th birthday, the service and food were top notch! Our server, Gloria was perfection! She was absolutely amazing, on top of food and refills, super attentive and has a wonderful personality. She really made our night special! We will definitely be back many more times. The food was delicious, we had a party of 10 and everyone loved their food. Excellent!
