Wild Oak Apartments

I have been living here for about 3 months and I absolutely love it here. They have so many amenities and I love that there’s ample area to walk throughout it the community. Maintenance is always on time, and the management team’s communication is timely. Thank you to Natasha for helping me find my new home, and taking care of questions or concerns I’ve had since then.

Mike always helps all the people in the community. His commitment to help and make the well being of the community is amazing! Whether it be an a/c or a faulty light switch, he makes living in your home without worry a delight! I hope people understand that maintenance is one of the most important things that can make you happy in a HOME. Yes, Mike makes our HOME. A HOME!!!

My wife and I were on a tight timeline to find an apartment in Kansas City. After looking over the location and amenities we stopped by Wild Oak and met Monica Martinez whom after showing us a suitable residence basically made the process a one stop shop. She obligingly expedited completion of the application, obtained the extra services we needed, and has seen to all details associated with the move and establishing ourselves at the community. Monica has been a pleasure to work with.

These are very nice apartments, they are well maintained with the Landscaping and they always answer your maintenance calls within a timely manner. Mike Augugliaro the maintenance man is awesome, he is quick to answer any maintenance related tickets and he always completes the job thoroughly so that you are happy.

kloe is a phenomenal leasing agent, assistant manager, manager. i absolutely love her. she takes care of the community and is truly a gemstone to the world.

My boyfriend and I love living at Wild Oak Apartments. We first worked with Natasha, who is wonderful! She is informative, kind and helpful. Natasha gave us a tour and was patient with us with our questions and time looking at the units. When it came to re-sign our lease, the assistant manager - Kloe reached out to me since we were about to miss the deadline for Wild Oak's early-bird leasing rates, which was awesome of her to do! Kloe listened to our changes in what we are looking for in a living space, and we were able to work together to find us our ideal unit. Thank you Natasha and Kloe!

We also want to mention the Maintenace staff and how awesome they all are! Joseph, Mike, and Mel have been able to address our maintenance requests each time with quickness and friendliness. The property is clean, well-kept, and enjoyable due to their hard work and efforts every day. Joseph also is a wonderful neighbor too! We will miss living next to him when it comes time to transfer to our new unit!

Just toured with Natasha. The places looked nice but wanted to comment more on Natasha. What a nice and accommodating young lady! Very knowledgeable. Showed up basically unannounced and she treated us like she was expecting us. Good customer service is rare these days and she is top notch!

The manager at this apartment complex is amazing. Katie was able to answer all of my questions and give me the full scoop of all the perks & benefits of living in this community. I'm so grateful for her knowledge & help as I navigate finding the perfect place & right fit for me. :)

Best place to rent from , very friendly and kind. And quick about fixing any issue we may have or concerns that we have.Mel is a wonderful man for keeping the property looking nice and clean at all times and Natasha Smith is one of the best people to help you when you want to rent an apartment from Wild Oak apartments.

Monica's warmth and professionalism shine brightly, making every interaction a delight. She goes above and beyond, ensuring our community isn't just a place to live, but a home. The property is clean and beautiful. We love Mike! He always goes above and beyond for us and he’s super friendly. If I could, I’d give him 10 stars.

Our family really likes the Liberty area. We chose Wild Oak apartments for ourselves. We are very grateful to all the employees of the leasing office. We received a lot of care from Manager Monica. She gave us a tour and helped us a lot with our choice! The assistant of manager Kloe is also always very friendly and happy to help any time. Monica and Klloe organized a wonderful party for all members in honor of Valentine's Day. It was very pleasant) And I also want to express my gratitude to the supervisor Mike. He is a very good person and is always in a hurry to help. I am also pleased to see that the territory is very clean. I often take a walk in the evening and see how they remove the garbage. The night shift is not easy, but it is very clean as always in the morning of a new day. Thanks to everyone!

We have been working on site in multiple buildings. Katie the Community Manager and all of her staff have been so great to work with. From the office staff to the faculty guys they have been so helpful in helping to accomplish our projects.

We have been residents of Wild Oak Apartments for 9 years. The former owners and managers were very nice and professional. The "New" ownership and management "personnel" are exceptional with their personal attention with members of their community. New ownership and management have had to "overcome and correct deficiencies" from past ownership and management that were allowed to creep into "repair and replace" conditions in all realms of comfort and convenience as related to us as members of the property, not just as residents ... and as long as People are involved, versa machine automation, there will be a mix of personalities, some that work and some that don't work, together. I speak from decades of experience in the residential housing and commercial properties industry, and life in general ... I AM IMPRESSED with the Public Facing Persona of Wild Oak Apartments ... the Front-line Personnel in the office and on the grounds. Moved into Wild Oak almost a year ago. The renovated apartment looks great! Natasha in the office is awesome to work with & made move-in easy! The dog park is our favorite amenity! Cannot wait for the pools to open.

Mike A. maintenance is a great guy, he is always polite ensures that my work orders are complete and he follows up. I appreciate his work ethic.
