Calvert's Express Auto Service & Tire KCK

I came here to get new front brake pads. I had a coupon for $59.99. my car ended up being one of the ones that didn't qualify for that deal. I only had $70 (enough for the coupon price and sales tax). After explaining this to the manager, Tyler, he made sure I got the brake pads I needed to make the car safe to drive again for the price I could afford. This is by far the best auto repair shop I've ever been to. He could have easily told me too bad and sent me on my way without doing the repair. He went way above and beyond. He has earned a customer for life. We will be bringing all of our cars here from now on.

Today's experience is bad.... I was the first person there and was told I couldn't have an oil change today because all the bays where already full. So I asked for an appointment and they wouldn't make one for my day off. I work 2 jobs. However I was able to go around the corner and make an appointment with Firestone for my day off next week. Thank you Firestone for that. Calvert's your inability to be flexible and help customers will cost you customers. Katie

Phenomenal is the only word to describe this place. Great service, super friendly staff & the best prices anywhere. They had my F150 in & out with a new exhaust system (which sounds amazing) in less time than it takes to order pizza. Shelby at the front desk was great & Josh explained everything they were doing & why it would work the best for me. I could not be happier with the service I received. I will gladly recommend this place to everyone I know!

I dropped off my car & simply told them...the car is running hot. When Clay called me & told me the price of the service - he only quoted me for the service I needed. He didn’t try to ‘throw in’ extra services that I didn’t need. The entire experience with this location, has been the best. Honest, good prices and excellent work!!! This will be my go-to place for all auto repairs!

I have never been to this business but I had a coupon for a $16 oil change so decided to try it out. I am not making this up but from the time I checked in until I drove away was 15 min. I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t have an appointment or anything. I walked in handed them my coupon for an oil change and 15 min later was done. I will go back for sure!!

I have read the reviews that don't reflect positively on Calvert's, and I couldn't disagree more. My experience was one hundred percent good ! The staff are friendly and helpful, and the cost is very reasonable. I will be using this crew for all of my auto repairs from here on out . You should too !

I had a great experience when i took my car to get worked on. Everyone was super nice and professional. I took it and dropped it off they took no time to get it done and even called me to let me know exactly what was wrong witw it as well as calling me and told me how long it would be till it was finished. When i picked it up it was quick and easy and no problems at all. Everyone was super nice.

Had oil changed had cupon staff was freindly price with cupon was great . It appears they did a good job .best I can tell for oil change. At least they put the plug in. Better than other places I've been that habitually forget that minor step

This is the most honest garage I have ever been to. Saved me 300 dollars on services I didn't need but was told by another garage (NTB) that I did. Nick has been doing this a long time and has a great business ethic. Highly recommend.

I took my car to get an oil change Sat the 13th. They did a great job and in the timely manner they told me it would take them. The staff was very friendly and I appreciated that. It was my first time taking my car there and I will take my car there next time. Thanks

There is usually no wait time at this location , always too busy on Sh Mission Prkwy location . Better price than other oil change places . Under 30 bucks !

I have taken both my wife and my vehicles to have been serviced there at that location and both times the whole staff was very nice and took care of our cars.

I will never forget how I was tricked into getting extra serves I didn't need. How do I know that.... Two other shops told me so.I will NEVER give this company any of my money again. Period

I like taking my car to them because they're trustworthy, they do great quality work, and because Shelby and Josh are just friendly and fun.

Great service great prices compared to other place for an oil change close to where I live so its convenient, people are nice there
