Very professional. Reasonable pricing! Pick up and delivery happened in the scheduled time. Was moving from Austin TX to Kansas City and it took UPack less than a few days for container to arrive in KS and be ready for delivery! Very satisfied with them! If you pack everything precisely and in the boxes, and don't need to take sofas or wardrobes, this container can fit a lot of stuff!

My original moving plans fell through, and I found U-pack after searching most affordable options for moving across country. The reviews I saw also said they have amazing customer service. I booked around Christmas time/New years. I was able to book online, and have them deliver the pod within a week. It was delivered in Kansas City on a Monday, picked up the following day, and arrived in Portland the following Monday! The process and who to call along the way was well laid out in an email. Everyone was friendly, and knowledgeable. I was impressed to receive my cube within a week, and once unloaded it was picked up the next day!! Definitely give them a try.

Very good comprehensive services provided by U-Pack. I am satisfied with every phases of my moving related to U-pack.
First, they give me three days to load and unload which helped me to move my stuff with ease.
Second, I thought I have 23 feet stuff and with well arrange my boxes to the top of the trailer, I only use 13 feet, that saved me $600+ than what I expected before. I appreciate the flexibility policy by U-Pack. It is very good!
Third, the door to door delivering speed from mid-US to Canada is only 4 days. It is much faster than any other companies which I had inquired.

All in all, five stars.

I don't usually post reviews, but I think UPACK or ABF should be rated as the top movers, so I'm going to share my experience. I relocated twice within the United States, most recently from Maryland. For both moves, I utilized UPACK PODs, and I couldn't be happier with how swiftly and affordably they deliver the PODs. I spoke with other movers, and they demand an outrageous price for the same service. Instead, reserve one or two PODs for a simple family move. I would advise booking two PODs, packing your belongings, hiring moving personnel on UHAL to load them into the PODs (you have a variety of alternatives; choose one that fits your budget), and let UPACK handle the move. For the regular delivery, we received the PODs in less than a week. A person who is at least 18 years old must be present when the PODs are dropped off on the driveway or given to us to choose a location. In contrast to the usual 3 days to empty the POD's, the PODs were with us for 5. One benefit is that you can ask UPACK to deliver the POD's on a particular day without additional charge (they might hold your POD for a week). The catch is that since Saturday and Sunday are a holiday, if they delivered the POD on Thursday, you will have five days to empty it. I want to express my gratitude to UPACK for safely delivering my belongings both times!!

I used U-Pack to move from Missouri to Oregon and it was a stressful move but this company made it so much easier. We called about reserving the trailer without an address in the new state. We asked for 20 feet but only used 7 ft. We paid for what we used. They were on time with dropping it at the old place and new. They even kept the trailer on hold until we got to the new place. I recommended if you are between a u-haul or u-pack. Go with u-pack less stress and more time to see beauty that our country has to offer.

After researching multiple moving companies for a small long distance move, I am certain that U-Pack was the choice to make. Nearest competitor doesn’t come close to their pricing. A rep from a different company and I were actually laughing on the phone together when I asked about price matching and she asked what the other company (U-Pack) quoted me. Meaning, it wasn’t even close and she couldn’t bring her price down that far.
The customer service was great and the cube container they offer was perfect for my moving size so that I wasn’t overspending for a large trailer that I wouldn’t fill. Highly recommend.

Moved from Kansas City to Nashville and the U-Pack experience could not have been smother. Pricing was very close to renting a U-Haul and driving ourselves, but you also get more time to load and unload, and the fuel and taxes are tallied upfront. You also have the flexibility to use more or less truck space and only pay for what you use. The system of email and text updates were very streamlined and convenient. Both drivers were friendly, accommodating, and professional. Both called before arriving in addition to the text notifications. The drop-off driver was able to get the 28' trailer into a very narrow driveway on a tiny street. It was impressive to watch. Our boxes arrived safely with very little movement in the truck. The whole experience was great. Highly recommended.

We moved from Kansas City to Toronto and used a 22 foot U-Pack trailer to do it. The drivers on both sides of the border were professional, courteous, and on-time. We had U-Pack store the trailer for us for over 2 months while we looked for a place to live. The people at the storage depot were great to deal with and our stuff arrived dry, safe and in great condition. I couldn't be happier with the value and service we got from U-Pack. Thanks!

This distribution facility is amazing! Nate was able to correct an issue of weight tickets immediately due to the first driver and kept me up to date over the two hour process with calls! Then Nate followed through on the back end to ensure I received empty weight tickets. Their customer service and timing was fantastic!!

After spending days looking for a moving company, I am so happy I found UPack! They were very professional and arrived on time while providing me constant updates as to my pods location. They also don’t charge until delivery which made me feel comfortable it wasn’t a bait and switch. Honestly hiring them and independent loaders and unloaders was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than using an all inclusive moving company- many of which engage in bait and switch tactics.

Best moving company out there. Every time I called, they answered and had the nicest people on the other line to help with my questions. Constant communication was great. Delivery of my truck for loading was a little late but they were on time when we needed to unload. I got quotes that were 3 and 4 times as much to move 1500+ miles. This was buy far the least expensive and best choice. I hired loaders at both ends of our move which saved my family time and energy. Thank you U Pack!!

Everyone I spoke to / worked with on my move from New Mexico to Missouri was pleasant and professional, and one customer service agent was incredibly kind when a sick pet threw a wrench into my timetable. Special shout out to Vinny ( the driver in Santa Fe) and JB (driver in Kansas City) for being so helpful with the ramp and bulkheads, which were too heavy for me to lift alone.

Awesome way to move and a very responsive company. I do suggest finding your own loaders and unloaders and go by reviews. They handled that part for his too, through a 3rd party, and we didn’t feel like the quality of help was the same as when we found our own help. UPack is a great company to work with as far as getting stuff moved.

Shipping pods drops at your door when you need it and you even get to choose a window that the pod is dropped for you to load it. The staff was very professional and courteous and the pricing is very competitive. I have used the company twice for over 1200 miles of moving and both times I have been very satisfied.

I moved from Kansas City to Florida in the summer of 2019. My u-box showed up at my house in KC and was picked-up precisely as scheduled. My u-box was stored for 5 months until I closed on a home in Venice, FL. The monthly storage fee was reasonable when compared to other, more well-known providers of this type of service. My box was delivered as requested although there was some miscommunication about the time it would be delivered. I recommend talking to a live person to confirm the auto-call you'll receive about the delivery time especially if you have to make plans around the delivery window as I did. I will not down rate U-Pack for this miscommunication. It was an honest miscommunication and everyone was extremely helpful when I talked to them. They even called me personnally 30 minutes before the driver's arrival. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Great communication throughout. Customer service was excellent and they were so flexible. My container arrived when is was scheduled and was picked up as soon as we requested. A little bit of hard work for us loading and unloading but about half the price of a regular moving company I highly recommend.

Everyone was extremely helpful, from U-Pack Customer service to both our pick up and drop off locations. They were able to work with me when I needed to make some changes to the details of my move and everyone was so polite.

If you ever have had a bad experience with a moving company, you should definitly try U-Pack as they will change your mind on how easy moving can be.

Overall phenomenal moving experience. Very accommodating. Nate out of KC dispatch was awesome, especially when we weren't able to get the door open after some of our stuff shifted into the path of the rollup door. They sent someone right away to assist. Comparatively a uhaul would've cost about the same with gas and all, but this was yayyyyy better since we didn't have to drive a bulky moving truck.
