Just had to get a new battery and Mario was so helpful! Installed it perfectly and quickly and had great customer service!!!!!!

Fantastic. I bought a car battery and they installed it for free. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Awesome.

Came here with a dead battery and they tested it for us. When it failed they helped us install a new one. Mario was especially helpful and knowledgeable.

The reason why you go in there and they're busy is because people like going in there. I have been shopping there for a number of years for my auto parts and it's usually the 1st place. I think about going or calling to see if they have the part

My battery was difficult to remove and re-install but they were all so helpful and kind. Give Eli a raise :)

I'm impressed and glad to see an all women staff in an auto store. The young woman that helped me, then offered to put on the wiper blades for me was informative and nice. (I said I was not going to forget her name and I did! ☹)

Very nice gentleman helped me tonight with getting the correct bulbs and was just overall great Customer Service!

Joe is a freaking rockstar he was so helpful and absolutely on top of everything despite being the only employee at the register. He definitely deserves a raise I can tell that man works HARD

during day 2 of an icy storm my battery had stopped working and needed to be replaced. I came to this store after I got a jump as it was the closest auto-parts store to me. I walked in stating I would need a new battery, they offered to test it to be sure to save me some money. I appreciated it and agreed to have it tested first, which did confirm the battery was not in good condition.

I believe his name was Gee, who helped me and he was great. he even replaced the battery for me (and it wasn't easy my terminals were pretty heavily corroded) even though it was an extremely cold morning. I can't say how easy and quick the whole trip took.

This location has been packed everytime I go here. I think that means that the customer service is top notch and the quality of product is a Go-to when your in a pinch.

O'Reilly auto parts very good place for parts and the workers are very knowledgeable about their business. How many places these days hire people that don't know anything about the job and may have been there 20yrs.
