My wife and I purchased a home that was under construction with Integrity home builders in August 2018. From day one they made us feel like we were In good hands, and we were. They made our home buying and building process so simple and stress free. I’m not sure how the owner Rhonda and her husband do it but their attention to detail is outstanding. There were a few things that got lost in translation but they went above and beyond to make it right. Custer service was excellent, the quality of work and craftsmanship is far beyond the standard contractor. I highly recommend building or buying from them, not only are they great people but they are an absolute pleasure to work with.

Home building company we have trusted them to build me and my brothers and my mom and my dad houses unfortunately Rhonda Holland gave us the worst experience that we ever had i’ll give you all the smiles that you need to sign the papers and the contracts and then after that every mistake that they do it’s your fault we had lights go out in the first couple of weeks in the house and they refuse to fix it after a year wait so they can come back and do the warranty they refuse to do it and they had us pay for all their mistakes the hood the kitchen even the paint job on the garage doors till this day was not fixed and they refused to fix it we paid extra money for them to build us a A hole in the wall so we can have a TV insert and after they messed up the measurements we had to go pay more money to have all the mistakes they have done and after your pass we still get the same response from them unfortunately don’t trust her or her husband

A very disappointed customer

We saw their work on the KC parade of homes tour, and were interested in meeting with them to build our new home. I've called the phone number on the website, no response back. I've emailed them, no response back. I've messaged them on Instagram, no response back. I'm not sure how you even get a hold of them. That's very strange to us. Good luck!

We were in contract to buy a house in Seven Bridges with Barth Real Estate and Integrity Home Builders. When we went in to contract in the beginning of May we were verbally told that the house would be finished around the end of June as we explained to Barth and all associates involved that we are a military family moving from Hawaii and we 1. Did not want to be staying in a hotel for days on end and 2. Could not afford to stay in a hotel for days on end with our two teenage boys. I should have known things were going to go wrong when the initial paperwork that was sent to us with a closing date of end of June was changed to end of July. When we questioned it, we were told it was a just in case their were issues with the builders but everything still looked good for June. We arrive in Kansas and go look at the house. In the month since we had originally had been here nothing had been done with the house. Calls to the Barth team and even the builders yielded nothing, half the time they never bothered to call or email back. When they did they would say the cabinets are going in this week and we will know a better time when the house would be done. Stopped by and the drywall hadnt even been done... Stopped by numerous other times and I would be lucky if two workers were working on the house. By the second week of June, dry wall was just being put up. The house was not going to be done anytime in June and I doubt in July.
When I called to try to find out about the HOA I was told to call Barth... Can they be the realtor and the HOA? is this even legal? This is isn't how you treat a potential buyer, a pcsing military family, or a disabled veteran. Enjoy the deposit money as we spent thousands sitting in a hotel for a house that is being finished on a as needed basis. I urge any person to find a different realtor and not buy a house from this builder for if they put even an inch into how much the care about who they are building the house for into the house, it might collapse.
