Staff is always very courteous and friendly. Wait times in line are not long at all, usually in and out. Location numbers are small but if you check with them they will let you know which bank is affiliated and you will not have to pay the other fees that are accrued if you use other banks or ATM's.

MainStreet Credit Union has been amazing and I have had the best of service from MSCU ever since I have been with them. They've treated me like family and always have my best interests with any issues I have experienced. I put my full trust in them as well as they have shown me that same trust. I have been banking with MainStreet Credit Union for many years now and as a loyal member I would recommend them to everyone I know with the utmost of confidence that they will treat you with respect and support for your banking experience. But the people in the branch in Kansas City Kansas off of State avenue. Have always went the extra mile for me and my family. I went into the Credit Union thinking what I needed to get and within a few minutes Cindy assisted me and I had everything I needed.

I've always believed that belonging to a credit union is the best banking option. No fat cat bank executives, just a service provided for members by members with all the federal protections afforded regular banking! My first visit to my KCK location was quick, informative and courteous! As a retired teacher returning to my KS roots, I'm grateful that Mainstreet is here providing excellent service to it's members.

Mainstreet Federal Credit Union is a great place to do business. I wish I had switched from using a bank to using a credit union years earlier than I did! The staff is friendly and polite, they answer my questions if I have them, they have notarized things a couple of times.

I love Mainstreet, the people there are always ready to assist. The return calls and/or emails as soon as possible. The website is very easy to move around in as well as the online banking tool.

The amazing customer service from the staff especially from loan officer Stephanie Thomason was by far the best I have ever received. She was very patient with me and answered ever question I needed not even minutes after asking. She also worked hard to get me the best deal I can get.
