I really didn't do nothing at Westlake hardware I was just driving through the parking lot trying to go to at CentraCare there or center medical place there because I had gotten into Poison Ivy in my eyes are going closing shut but then again my pay active card did not work you know what that story mode people like to steal my identity and don't want to work so I don't know what to do or say but I do know that God is always with me he will never leave me or portray me and that's all that counts as I do the will of the Lord and if you like me you do if you don't LOL I'm not here for you guys to like I'm here to take care of residents to make sure that people will see God in Me and eventually one day someone will and thank you very much

The cashier that helped me out was super friendly and had great service. Her name was Kaylee and she helped me with everything I needed! I love to see the teens these days doing their jobs.

Perhaps the coolest and most special part about this Westlake Ace Hardware is Ace himself - the cat! We love visiting this store to make sure we get a spotting or run in with Ace. Not to mention everyone is super helpful and the store is always clean and organized, especially to the liking of Ace. Thanks for always making our trip to Ace fun and make sure to check the back of the store for Ace just in case! You know it’s his helpful place!

There are few places you can go in this day and age and find an associate if you have a question. At Westlake, they will come up to you and check in multiple times. So refreshing! They also have a great rewards program.

Very helpful staff, always find what I wanted or needed for my home and yard an garden.

Always so helpful staff took a window here to get it repaired sent it out and I had a new glass put in a double pane window very helpful, they also have a very large grill section if you’re looking for a grill for Father’s Day I would look here they’re on the inside so they’re not outside in the dirt in the dust in the rain and they’re already put together and assembled for you they even have a pizza oven carry traeger grills and accessories covers spices grill cleaning tools hooks to put your accessories on your grill the full line of Traeger accessories

First I called to see if they carried the product that I was looking to purchase. The lady that answer the phone was very pleasant. She couldn't help me with my search but she quickly put someone on the phone that could. He told me in a pleasant voice that they did carried the item that I was looking for and the time that the store closed. I was very pleased and rushed to the store (didn't speed). When I entered the store the lady at the register welcomed every customer entering the store. I told her that I just spoke with her on the phone an she immediately call the gentleman, an in seconds he appeared to help me. He answer all my questions about the item that I was going to purchase which helped me a lot with my decision. The store is extremely clean. Two thumbs up to Westlake Ace Hardware!

Westlake is my go to hardware store. My cashier tonight has been there for a while and she's extremely helpful. The man that helped me went to the stockroom to look for a hose that I was looking for. You have a few grumpy people. But for the most part I come there because I get good assistance I prefer to come there then to go to Lowe's or Home Depot.

I went there to buy a bracket for a wooden window blind and a floor hardware associate named Ryan came up with a clever idea to meet my needs. See the pic below for details. He was very patient, creative and kind.

They are truly "The Helpful Hardware Store". The assistance given in finding the items that I was looking for was amazing. The young gentleman that helped me was cheerful, patient, knowledgeable, and kind.

I had an issue with my oven hinge, a screw hole was either warped or something, my bolt was not going in. They used one of their on-hand taps to put threads in the hole, and voila! My oven can now be fixed. Thank you so much!

Walked in, got exactly what I was looking for, and walked out 5 minutes later after paying. Store associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. Pricy but worth my time, even with a Lowe's very close by would rather go to Westlake Ace.

Did not hesitate to ask if I needed help! Very friendly and pleasant atmosphere and very knowledgeable, makes a Great combination! Check them out!

This place is the best. Someone is always there to help you and they have the knowledge for what ever project you my have.
