Not only do these guys make a great product, they 100% stand behind them. I had the pleasure of working with Josh who was not only knowledgeable but helped me troubleshoot my air ride to get it back up and running. Customer service goes a long way especially in today's world with all the automation. As a business owner myself, being able to pick up a phone and have staff that are educated about their products that give intelligent feedback...is priceless. I'd recommend their team and products to anyone. Again, thanks for the help Josh - you guys are awesome.

I’ve had a fast up rear air kit on my 2018 Harley road glide for a little over 5 years now. I’ve used and abused it and recommend! I’ve recently been blowing fuses on the kit and called for some technical support, Al walked me thru some trouble shooting and it seemed to help. Today it was discovered that it was in fact my compressor. I talked to Al and said I needed it no later than Friday as I have a ride Saturday that I need to attend and sure enough he confirmed that it will in fact be here in time. They even gave me a 5% discount for being a Veteran (I know it’s not a lot but in today’s economy every penny helps). HIGHLY recommend Dirty Air for their products and their customer service!

I have a 2017 Harley Davidson St. glide custom with front and rear dirty air suspension with centre stand purchased and installed by Harley Davidson Dealer. For six years and a lot of riding his bike went up and down a lot of times and every ride or die. After all this time I had a malfunction with my left suspension, I got home after the ride sent couple pictures with a quick email describing what happened to dirty air and just ask for help ordering parts. Within hours got reply, and asking for my shipping address and they will send replacement shocks for no charge. Just impressed with the quality of customer service and fast helpfulness of this company to get me back on my bike asap.

I received the product dirty air basic system it works great I ordered the gauge kit I had problems I ordered the wrong size I called them off they took care of my problem then a few weeks later I went to install the gauge I dropped it and broke it I called them up to buy another one and they told me don't worry about it to send me another 1 I recommend this company to anybody Especially when they take care of you like that

Bought a basic system back in 2017 and installed without issue couple weeks later a valve started leaking called Dirty Air and they said bring it in and they'll replace it so I did they threw mine in the trash and gave me three replacement and said let us know if you have any other problems....I've been riding on that system since with no issues till a couple weeks ago one shock started leaking oil called Dirty Air and they said they have a new design and if I brought my old set in they'd give me $100 off new set which they promptly did..talk about great service..love these guys always recommend them to anyone who needs Air ride..thanks guys!!

Ok! The sale was very professional, shipped the next day with emailed tracking #'s. Assembly took a few hours. I purchased the budget kit, grip switch, and gauge kit. Everything was included for install.
I can go on for days.

Al, thank you for the replacement of my Air Shocks, I love them!

I was 150 miles from home and on my way to the Laughlin run 2018 when a air diaphragm failed on my Dirty Air air shocks. It was a real disappointment not only because my bike had broken down, but because I with a friend who had traveled all the way from London and purchased a new Harley Davidson just for this trip. Not being sure of what the Dirty Air warranty was I called the closest dealer. The technician at Lucky Mutha Cycles politely listened to my woes, then asked for my name, mailing address and that I send him a picture of the shock, he said would get right back to me. The next morning RJ called back telling me that he gave my information to the Dirty Air manufacturer and that an Dirty Air representative named Al would mail me a new set of shocks right away. RJ knew that having my shocks replaced was helpful, but didn't get us get back on the rode, so he offered a pair of loner shocks until I received my new replacements. Thanks to his efforts we were able to continue our 9 day tour of California, Nevada and Arizona.

What I appreciated most about the efforts of Lucky Mutha Cycles, a Dirty air dealer, is that they helped a fellow biker for nothing more then good will. I also want praise Al at DirtyworksLLC for the no hassle and expeditious way he replaced my air shocks. Al knew that our trip was inconvenienced with significant time and expense , so without me saying much about it, he upgraded my replacement shocks. The new shocks are on the bike and are amazing, I will never have any other air shocks then Dirty AIr air shocks on my bike. Thanks again Al and DirtyworksLLC you guys are great. Robert C.

Customer service is really out of this world. I ordered the handlebars switch from them and highly regret not having ordered the full air ride system from Dirty Air.
