When I first walked in I was greeted by two gentlemen named Elique S. And Angel L. who worked in the store. I asked the workers if they accept used Motor Oil. Elique S. Told me they do accept. He was so kind he pulled the cart outside to help me grab the oil from my car. I just want to give a shout out to them for having great customer service! They gave a welcoming energy. Was able to order and pay for my serpentine belt on line, pick it up at the store, borrowed some tools from them, but what really impressed me, one of their delivery drivers, Darryl Fry took time out of his own personal time after he was off the clock and gave me a hand getting the new belt put on

Car had broke down at a gas station near by of this location, bought a battery and an employee named Chad went out of his way and offered to help us out with replacing the battery as we had no tools. Other workers were also helpful and nice! 10/10 experience!

Apologies for this delayed review. A couple of mths ago, my vehicle displayed a battery sign on the dashboard. Panicked (bec this is a new battery), I drove to this Auto zone. Sébastien, a young auto tech, helped me. He checked the battery, n that wasn't an issue. He checked the cables and went further to check the alternator, as well. And all with a kind smile. Thank you soo much. Recommending this biz to all my family and friends.

I Janice highly recommend the auto zone on 77th parallel street manager he looks after woman like me who need help with the parts he showed me anything I need to know because my husband not able to help me he have heart failure. I can always depends on the manager her thanks so much for being there

Was from out of town and the staff was awesome.... veterans and first responders get a nice discount. An older staff person was helpful, knowledgeable and very courteous... went out in the rain to run a diagnostic test on my vehicle without worrying or complaining about the bad weather. He printed out what was wrong with my vehicle and gave me a list printed out of things I should check to maintain my vehicle when it would get to the autos upcoming 80,000 mile mark on the odometer ... his service minded attitude was very helpful and informative to me ... thank you

Went to a shop the quoted almost 2000 to fix whatever was wrong with my car to make it keep dieing on me made a random stop in auto zone and one of there managers John told me to change my maf sensor and my filter before I take it to the shop 75$ later car runs like new I'll definitely be back for future advice

The guy that put my car on the machine a few days ago was very friendly and helpful. I should followed my 1st mind and stopped in 1st before I took my car to the dealership for diagnostics and was charged 150.00.

Honestly they are great people willing to help an have some fun stories to tell
