Irene for President 2024! I was for sure about to hate life with my AC problems as my 2008 Odyssey registered no pressure on the low side and diagnosing was going no where as I bought the stupid can of do it yourself R134. When I picked it up, she told me, "Before you use it...check the cabin air filter." And I'm thinking...ya...whatever.

But hey...I would rather do anything than take this to a shop so when I got home, I popped out the dirtiest air filter mankind has ever known. Last seen back in 2008...probably when the van came off the line. Cold air immediately flowed and pressure registered in the green!

I love local Advance Auto and getting to know her over the years!

I picked up the wrong size wiper blades and lost my receipt. They were kind enough to still pull me up in their system and get me the correct blades and show me how to put them on.

Let me start with the fact that I had originally gone to AutoZone with my car issue. Autozone had no intentions to help or care to. I left, decided to stop by Advance,
Walked in... Wow! A whole different thing. I was greeted with "hello how are you? How can I help advance your day?"
I was stunned!!!
A beautiful young lady by the name of Ellie, greeted me so happy. She also did such a great job giving me options on break pads and rotors.. I left the store feeling Happy and WELL taken care of. Thanx Ellie!!

My mom had a dead battery. They were very nice and helpful. Tested the battery to verify that was the problem. Sold her a new battery and tested her alternator as well to make sure the battery was her only problem. Great service.

These guys were so helpful! Although I still don't know the name of the part, they figured it out. The computer clearly showed one part which they sold me. It didn't fit. The one that did cost about 9.00 more. They gave me a discount to offset some of it. I was giving these guys a hard time in fun. They were giving it right back. I didn't get their names, but I want to sincerely thank them for helping me and putting up with my sarcastic sense of humor. 💯🤪

I give it a two star I bought a slim jim there to help an old lady fix her car but didn't need it went to take it back and the lady that worked there would not take it back even though I had my receipt very rude very hateful

We got new windshield wipers. It was great, we went in and bought them. One of the guys came out and put them on

Advance Auto has the auto parts for your needs there, you're looking for your vehicles and some at reasonable prices also,not bad at all, for I shop there sometimes for auto parts.

Walked in and the staff welcome you in, the worker assisted me with the part I needed, was very helpful!

I was very impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the young lady that works there!
