Pretty quick and straightforward! I was originally going to get my phone screen fixed, but I decided on getting a new phone as the person that was working there told me it would be a better option. So, here I am. Thank you whoever you are!

I took my mom in here to get her phone fixed because Cricket was no help. We were helped by Leo. He did an awesome job with explaining what was wrong and he fixed the phone while we waited. I would definitely recommend this store for any mobile issues as well as accessories

Great service at a reasonable price and a fantastic turnaround time. The man is a pro at what he does. I went in with a completely busted screen, he gave me a price and a timeframe, and he stuck to it. My phone is as good as new. I can't even tell anything was wrong with it.
This will be the first place I go to the next time I need anything done with my phone. Without a doubt.

Love this place! I spoke with a team member prior to going into the store and thought I would have to replace my iPhone screen, it turned out I only needed to replace my privacy screen.

I live an hour away, and he was able to replace the back glass on my note 10+ in under 20 minutes without having to come back. Awesome service, I should have come here instead of the T-Mobile store!
