Angel Payan is the man. I came in with what potentially could have been a nightmare for him as an associate, but he handled it with ease and professionalism. Another thing that was impressive was his ability to help out his teammates when they had questions without me feeling like I was losing something in my interaction with him. Like I said, my issue could have been a nightmare, but he had the answers, the know how, and the customer service chops to get all of my questions answered, I left a lot happier than when I came in and talent like that needs to molded and mentored. He’s definitely an asset, and even with a store much closer to me, I would still travel to this store. Keep up the good work, Angel, and thanks again!

I have been with T-Mobile for over "20 Years"! They were called "Voicestream" when I started with the company, and NEVER had a problem with them! Professional in Every Catagory, courteous and knowledgeable in their products! When you find something GOOD, you should Stay with it, and that is what I and my wife will do! T - Mobile is "#1"!!!

A. Payan save the bad review that I qas close to post. Some workers just like to sell cell phones and not to give "free service" like help you out with insure information. Today was a girl that help me out and I don't have her name. But payan and her save the horrible bad review that I was close to post. Amd I won't post the names of the workers that have bad attitude and bad service. Just remember, service its not about money... It's about excellent manners. You can tell a person with great manners that you can't help with because this or that.
