Always nice people, but always takes forever even when it's not busy. See all kinds of people walking around behind the counter, but just one teller working. Sometime one teller is doing both front and drive thru. Always a line

Nice people but please hire more staff!!! Wait times for drive thru are terrible and not any better to use the ATM machine! Now they even have two machines and it is still as bad as ever. What is it about this location that you can't get enough help? It used to be a nice place to see neighbors and say hlo. Now they're always making it less attractive and non-interactive with the drive through teller station boarded up and two lanes for the two-day ATM machines?

Very rude employees. Don't like to help, very slow. When getting a document notarized, she messed it up, and we had to get it done again at another US bank.

Customer service is horrible! Before COVID the waiting time was ridiculous. Now during COVID they do not even have a sign outside to let us know that it's by appointment only. A worker has to come outside every-time to let customers know that they need to make an appointment. That is a waste of time for the customer and waste of time and money for the employee.

We were told to call their phone number to make an appointment or to go online and that our transaction would only take about 20 minutes. My husband and I planned out work day to go at the time of our scheduled appointment. We got multiple appointment confirmations- one to my email, one to my husbands email and a text to my husband's phone. We got there and were told they did not have our appointment in their system. I even showed the confirmation email to the employee. We were then told that the website is not directly linked to their bank and they did not receive out scheduled appointment. Then, we were told to go to another US bank branch about 20 minutes away for our 20 minuted transaction. By this time we had already been outside the bank, in the cold, waiting and then talking to the employee and then waiting again for about 20 minutes.

This is ridiculous. I am all about taking pre-cautions during this pandemic but they need to come up with a better scheduling system. They NEVER answer their phones and they are not connected to their online scheduling system, it does not make sense. Also, they only let one customer inside. It is a big building were a minimum number of people could be let in with proper distance and masks.

Anyway, do not go here.

for the love of god choose a different bank or at the very least a different location, Jesus Romero the "branch manager" is one of the most unprofessional individuals I've dealt with over the last decade of being in loans origination. I assure you this branch does not care about their customers and will do the absolute least they possibly can and lie to your face. I will be escalating this with US Bank, They need to be audited

SLOWEST. BANK. EVER.
I've been a US Bank account holder for almost 15 years, and out of all of the branches I have used, the one on 7th and Central is the worst.
8 years I have used this branch because it is a block from my house. You would think by then they would have figured out how to hire a couple more tellers. Nope!
You will wait forever in the drive thu, even if you are the only one in it!! Employees are friendly, but there are not enough!! Have some self respect, US Bank, and hire more people for this branch!

Nice people but terrible services for opening or closing accounts. The wait time exceeds any us bank location I've been to. I usually get helped as soon as I walk in the door at any other location. I had to walk out I was so tired of waiting. I only go to this location because it's closer to my house. But never again.

I have been dealing with this bank for 4 hrs. They say my account is locked, but online and talking to a person in the fraud department, they say NOT LOCKED. What to do? I need to withdraw 3k cash. I have a lot more in the account. But NO . THE ACCOUNT IS LOCKED. What's up.
