Great room for the money! The hotel has some wear and tear. The interior color scheme is pretty dated. However, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom seemed to be recently refurbished. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure Everything was very clean. The front desk people are really nice.
I’m giving it 5 stars based on the price I paid. Total of $102 including taxes on a Thursday night for a room with one bed. I was really happy with what I got for that price!

It is a little outdated but it is a cute place. It was cool seeing the older buildings inside. The pool was clean and the kids had fun swimming. Our room was clean and the bathroom looked updated. AC in our room worked perfectly. Breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful and respectful.

It's an older hotel, but the staff is always extra nice, the breakfast is really good, and there is a lot of charm. Everyone I've taken there with me to visit my grandchildren loves it

I have stayed here 3 times now and never had a problem. It's a perfect middle point from Colorado to Missouri to give the fur babies a rest. Good rooms, great staff, interesting history and the free reakfast is okay but they always have 1-2 staff there to run it in a pretty cool atrium looking/style that connects the original old
building to the new.

Staff is great, rooms are clean, complimentary breakfast was really good, bar and grille is good. For the price absolutely great place. Hot showers, comfortable beds, pool and hot tub are good as well.

We are a mobility device rental business that provides mobility scooter, wheelchair, knee scooter, transport chair and rollator rentals around Topeka. About a month ago we provided several mobility scooters to guests during the Eastern Star's convention. The staff were super helpful allowing us to check the scooters in prior to the customers arrival in their back room.My favorite part of the hotel is their main courtyard resembling a European towns quare complete with a fountain. I have also stayed at this hotel as a quest in one of their two room suites. I had a living room and a king size bed.

We are locals and returned to Topeka late Saturday, June 14th from vacation. We had decided to get a hotel and reserved a room through the Wyndham website at the Super 8 on South Topeka Blvd. To make a long story short. We were told that they do not rent rooms to locals. No explanation was given for it. The Ramada, and especially the front desk clerk was willing to work with us. So I give him a lot of credit. If I want to use a local hotel in the future, it will be Ramada, because of this experience.

Rooms and bed were very comfortable. Great breakfast. No apple juice but ehh.....James the agent that checked us in was very helpful and attentive. Very polite as well. Was just here for a night but may return. Everything is clean just outdated. Was on the 11th floor so street noise didn't bother us.

Rooms are clean and comfortable! Beds are soft and cozy! Bathrooms spotless. Thanks for hiring competent housekeepers who know how the benefits of work and who aren’t sold out junkies.

The rooms were dated but fine. The lobby was very nice. With some renovations this hotel could be the place to be! Walking through lobby was like being in another time.

Staff here is great! Very good people trying to keep a severally outdated hotel running bless them all!
It would be nice if they could figure out how to open the restaurant back up.

Enjoyed the history & atmosphere. The courtyard looks like you could knock on any door, give the password of the day, & enter a speakeasy from the prohibition days. The staff were friendly & polite. Rooms were aged a little, but we were in the older part of the building, not the newer tower. Can't wait to go back!

Nice hotel! We stayed on a weekday 4/10. It’s an older building, but it gives the hotel some personality. Rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious, staff were wonderful. I will definitely return!

We had a pleasant one night stay on the way to Branson from Colorado. The hotel is walking distance to downtown restaurants which is great since the on-site restaurant is not open since Covid closure. But the hotel still served up an amazing hot breakfast! Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. The employees were all friendly and helpful. Jesse at the front desk was especially kind in helping us get a luggage rack!

Easy, friendly check in and out. Our room didn't have a shower curtain, and staff had no problem moving us to a different room. Pool and hot tub were a treat for the kids. Breakfast was yummy. No complaints here!

The staff was very accommodating and kept the pool open for another hour when we arrived late because we didn't account for the time zone change. The pool and hot tub were 3-4 ft deep. When you get inside past the front desk it somewhat resembles a cute little city, our room had a mini fridge and microwave, and the beds were extremely comfortable.

I had a very pleasant experience while staying here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts in the morning were included in the room rate and very tasty. The staff there in the restaurant area were extremely helpful and remembered me by name and preferences. Very comfortable and quiet room with comfy bed. Parking was easy. They offered a shuttle to the workshop I attended daily. An all around wonderful experience. I am definitely going to stay here again. Some people have commented on the "dated' decor, but that didn't bother me. I understand they will be doing updating however for those who are concerned about that.

The rooms are really old and can use some freshening up. But the rest of the hotel is pretty great. We had two 3-Queen suites and they were plenty cozy. But what's up with the gigantic ancient tube TV in the master bedrooms? Holy cow. The pool is 3' at both ends and 4' in the middle and is pretty small. The hot tub is plenty hot. Don't expect to hold a conversation in the pool room as it is nothing but echo. The tables near the fountain are great for card games. I heard the breakfast was good, but I missed it both days.

Outstanding guest service! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was welcomed with smiles and a friendly greeting. The front desk staff was both courteous and informative. The hotel is clean, well-fashioned and has a genteel, old-world charm. Guest rooms are comfortable, spacious and have all the amenities one needs. I enjoyed my stay so much I didn't even mind that my bus was late. It was nice to be stranded at the Ramada hotel in Topeka, Ks!
