The store was absolutely amazing, it's so well-organized, the staff was super amazing and Niesha, who is the manager, was fast friendly and absolutely just wonderful all around. She helped me get exactly what I needed at a really awesome price and she was super friendly and just an amazing person, you really should come in and check her out

The store manager is so amazing and sweet. My daughter has been so scared to get her ears pierced for 3 years, this beautiful gem of a person explained everything to my daughter and made her feel so comfortable. Even gave her a couple hours to walk around the store and think about it while waiting on my husband to arrive. Even though my husband tried to scare her again it didn't work because she had her new best friend there to pierce her ears. Thank you so much she literally feels like a new girl.

The manager of this store, Niesha, is amazing. She has an amazing attitude and is incredibly patient with even the youngest customers. Claire’s is lucky to have her!

My daughter had her 7 year old birthday party here and we had the best time. The girls played games and got their hair glittered before Nena got her ear pierced infront of her friends. We didn’t know you could have a birthday party here with treats but you can.

The staff here is amazing! When my daughter lost her nerve to go through with piercing hey ears, they were so patient and didn't make her feel badly at all when she simply wouldn't do it. They even said if we can't back within 2 days they would do it without any extra problem or charge.

Zoey and kenzie took great care in placing my new piercings! They spent a lot of time with me to make sure I was happy with the placement and answered all my questions.
