I went shopping for clothes and found several items, they all actually happen to be on sale. The store was neat clean and organized. It will be one of my go to stores.

We enjoyed our last adventure to JC Pennys so much we decided to check the store closer to home and found an item needed that we couldn't find in the Topeka Store! Happy again. We plan to do our clothing shopping there in the future.

Great store to shop for clothes but a bit expensive. There is a clearance part, you will find good deals on that area. They have a good variety of dresses for a ball. Great place to go if you are looking for a dress!

Michaela has cut my hair and waxed my eyebrows multiple times. She takes her time to make sure I always look perfect. I’m always satisfied everytime I walk out the door and I feel like I got my moneys worth as well as I feel beautiful and fresh. If you want someone who knows what they are doing and to do whatever it is you want done right go see Michaela she’s awesome! Thank you for all that you do Michaela!

Always easy to find what you are looking for.

Although, I didn’t purchase anything, there’s a great selection of K-State gear. The ladies in here were VERY helpful when I asked them to do a price check for me. I got to talking to them, and we ended up having a nice chit chat about the “golden days” of Manhattan Town Center.

Wow this place had changed. I admit I'm not a mall person but there was hardly any associate's working and their inventory is decreased along with brands they carry. No Sephora any more either. Did find a super nice red dress for xmas but it's changed.

Great experience went to the salon and they where fast to check me in even though I didn't have an apt. They listened to everything I said that I wanted for my hair cut . Would definitely recommend! And will be going back for future hair cuts and possibly a color !

JCPenney always has affordable pricing. They always seem to do a good job of providing a good selection of sales. The workers are friendly too.

The store is significantly clean. From personal visits, I can say cashiers are very nice and helpful. They will personally assist any customer. Things are placed so any individual can easily reach them. I also haven't seen any misplaced items. Also, I haven't seen any unsatisfied customer.

Store was very clean an tidy today I like that in a store . You know when walk in and it looks clean and smells good ,so you want to spend time in there and shop . Customer service was excellent. She was a new girl and did great . I'll be back

This is my favorite store ever. Recently had a sale from the salon with Biolage Products. Got 32oz bottle of Shampoo and Conditioner for less than 25$ for both. Have nice clothes, and always have a sale of some kind... I love it!

It's a wierd store to traverse but they have a pretty vast variety of things. Semi knowledgeable staff.

Michaela Lill did a great job on my hair. And they sent my earrings in to be fixed.

Highly recommend Nicole at JC Penney's Salon. She ALWAYS does a fantastic job with my thin flat hair!

Always a good lil spot to browse and gather a few items....whether it be kitchen , clothing , jewelry , shoes 2 hair salons they have what u need

I love JCPenney's!! At this location all the associates are very friendly and helpful. The store is always nice and clean including their bathrooms. I'm so happy that at least JCPenney's is still open in our mall since everything else seems to be closed.

I love a line of bathroom towels Penney’s carries. I also love that Sephora is inside this store and the mall location. When I have free time I like to browse JCPenny for clothing for myself and my family.
