Can I just say how disgusted I am by Vern Gannon. I had a long day at an auction yesterday. Had fun got several things. I PAID AT THE END OF MY DAY. Apparently the last purchase of the day was not on my bill. We drove home from the auction which was by the airport and got our trailer.
Got back
Loaded up the trailer with a bed and two large deep freezers and got past cico park before they called to say I didn't pay for something. I said I would come back after I dropped the trailer. I said it would be a while. In the mean time Mrs Gannon called and said I could bring the check to their house. I called back and left a message, said I would but I would like to do it later because my boss had her surprise party that night and I would drop it off in the mail box. So then I got called into the hospital for a surgery and it was too late to drop it off. The next day we plugged in the freezers. One works perfect. The other not at all. We didn't know what to do. Now Vern called and left a rude message. I called right back again. I'm not trying to avoid him. But now I feel like he should owe me. This is not the first time I bought something home from their auction and it not work.
He doesn't care about that. Just bring his money.
Just sad because I enjoy auctions I don't go too often but I bid well and I bid a lot of their stuff up against others which makes more money for their clients. Never again...

Update: went with my dad to pay the $45 tonight he said he didn't want it and if I have a problem with the freezer to take it up with the family. Is that really your policy? I only want to do what's right and he shut the door on our face! Wow.
