Lacey was amazing. You wanna talk about customer service? Ask for Lacey when you come here. My girl and I didn't realize Ihop added some fancy stuff to the menu. Lacey took care of us and was patient with us. She made sure we got everything we asked for

I do love this iHop. The manager here is great and all the servers are so friendly. My server...Lexi...recommended the gluten free pancakes. They were so good. I don't need gluten free but they were the lightest pancakes ever. Highly recommend! Even met some new people while 8 hours from home.

This IHOP in Manhattan Kansas was the cleanest I've visited. Service was good. My food was cooked the way I asked.

We got to see the new spring/summer menu! Lots of great choices! Food was great! Service was awesome!

Had a great experience our waiter (Kenny) did an amazing job made our day and definitely made my kids day!!!! Amazing service!

The restaurant was packed and we thought we were going to have a longer wait for our food, I was wrong!! The server was amazing, the manager asked how we were doing and if anyone had served us, highly customer centered professional.

We will definitely eat here again when visiting our #WildCat!! Food was delicious and hot. Great dining experience!!

At first I was a little taken aback by the lack of syrup variety normally found at IHOP but the waitress was so incredibly patient with our table with two, unruly kids. She made sure we had everything to order and brought us extras. What a gem!

I didn't catch my servers name, but he was a young kid with long blonde hair. He's really polite and pays close attention to details and also has a good memory. I've only eaten at this location 3 times now and this was his 2nd time serving me. It's been about 2 weeks since the other time he was there when I was. He even remembered how I liked my bacon. Really nice young man. Hopefully, the rest of the staff is as good as him. He definitely sets the bar high there. NICE JOB!!!

Updated 2024: Fantastic service today! Food was quickly served and hot, and our waiter was absolutely amazing! He refilled drinks without us having to ask, joked with my daughter who was celebrating her 8th birthday, and was wonderfully polite. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Updated 2022: it started out well. Seated in no time, food brought quickly, it was great! But then, our waitress just disappeared. I was disappointed especially since the place wasn't crowded. ⭐

2021: Great staff on a Sunday morning, extremely welcoming, and had us seated in no time. Our waitress, Erin, was happy, helpful, and had a wonderful personality. I'd choose this place over the breakfast place any day! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

We showed up very late and the staff was very accommodating and friendly

I had family from out of town here and we ate breakfast it was delicious

Food was hot and delicious. Shannon and John, our servers, were polite, attentive and very nice. Kudos to them! They made our experience wonderful.

My husband and I had breakfast for our lunch today. We had biscuits and gravy with sausage.
Our food was hot and it filled us up.
Our waitress was a sweet young lady who did a great job even though she was the only one we saw taking care of everyone. It was not real busy when we were there.
It was a nice place to relax and have lunch.

We ate here yesterday and I have to give huge props to the staff here. When we came in we could tell it was busy but still got seated quickly. We overheard that they were short staffed that day. But with our service you would have never known ! The staff was exceptional at getting everything out in a timely manner and checking on us to see if we need anything. Even the cooks helped bring out plates to us! ( that’s awesome teamwork ) Such polite workers , great customer service skills , and truly hard workers over all. And the food was delicious. Great experience thank you.

Food was divine! The server was not. Poor serving skills.

My breakfast came out quickly and exactly as I ordered. The server was nice and helpful and made sure to check on me a few times.
