I specifically went to the University Printing Center. And the guy that attended to me was awesome. That was the best customer service process that I have experienced since I got into KSU. I love his good vibes and slightly jocular method. It puts the customer at ease.

Great bookstore and awesome staff. It's amazing how many people have negative comments about it, ofcourse bookstores can be more expensive than online stores, that's not new.
