DICK'S Sporting Goods

My husband and I went to this store today to buy a bicycle. Mr. Heath was our representative. He explained to us in great detail about the bike we were going to buy. He also explained in detail about maintenance, warranty and daily care of the bike.
He spent over an hour and a half with us. He inspected the bike we purchased and was very thorough in his maintenance. Mr. Heath is a great employee.

Bought a new set of golf clubs from here over the weekend and James was outstanding. He was so kind and helpful especially after coming from Golf USA where no one bothered to assist me or even acknowledge me while I was walking around their store. James took the time to figure out exactly what I was looking for and helped me try them out for the perfect fit. He showed great customer service and was very friendly. I recommend seeing James for a pleasant and knowledgeable individual for your golf related needs. Thank you James!!!

In typical "Dad" fashion I had to be at a game 20 mins away at the same time I had to get some missing piece of gear. I called from the road and Jordan the associate helped me figure out what I needed and the size. He had options waiting for me when I showed up to pick from. This level of customer service is a lost art. Bravo! This is a sign of great management and store culture.

I made it to the game in time and my daughter had everything she needed to compete.

I went to get my bike looked at and Heath was extremely helpful. Within a few minutes he was able to tell me what needed repaired without trying to tack on any extra costs. Will go back when I need a time-up. 👍🏼👍🏼🚴‍♂

Jacob was a great help for finding the football products we needed from mouth guards to cleats! Was refreshing to have someone help us through the entire store.

Besides the fact that I'm absolutely an outdoors person, they have something for just about anyone there even if you're not into sports. Are you just exercising at the gym, because they have that. Are you just looking for a safe place to store your household protecting items? They have that, and not just one choice but many gun safe choices. Looking to shoot your arrow, go fishing, play soccer, ride your bike, take a walk, hunt, play some ball, any kind, they probably have that. This still see its were also pretty friendly considering it was in the last part of Christmas frenzy shopping and it was about 10:30 at night and they were all about to get off.

When I want a new basketball, boxing gloves, sneakers and more this is the store I come too. They have some of everything for a good price.
