El Rinconcito Salvadoreño de Kansas City

Food was so good and the service was friendly, if you haven't tried salvadorean food before this is a good place to start. We went for breakfast, the pupusas and salvadorean breakfast plate with eggs was delicious. Less than $20 for 2 people. The inside was kind of grungy and lacking in ambience, this is more of a working class/ construction worker place, which means the food is good, but don't expect white table cloths. Definitely check it out!

Loved it! Delicious and healthy breakfast. We get the canoas, the desayuno tipico, and they were perfect. Happy place very warm and steamy and cozy on a Cold spring morning.

I’m from San Antonio Texas and visited Kansas City over the weekend. I found this place and it was amazing! This is what you call real authentic Salvadorian food. Staff was friendly which is always a plus for me. I was 100% satisfied with the over all experience dining at El rinconcito.

We ordered pupusas: revuelta, steak and cheese, shrimp and cheese, pork, and chicken and cheese. All were fresh, hot and delicious, but the steak and cheese were our favorite. Definitely would recommend this place.

We spent 4 years in Nicaragua and accidentally came upon this restaurant one weekend we were in Kansas City. It was very authentic and the atmosphere was very much like you would see in El Salvador or Nicaragua. My husband and I loved it and will be back.

One of my favorite restaurants in the KC area. Friendly staff and excellent food. I only wish I new they also served breakfast! Next time I come in I will make sure to take pictures

Great pupusas, and I know it's a side dish but their rice and black beans really stand out.

I was so excited to find that a new place was here. This area of WyCo can be a bit of a food desert. I was NOT disappointed. The pupusas were a good size, filled well, great flavor, and cooked to perfection. The sauces complemented well and I can’t wait to try the rest of their menu. This is a new family favorite.

So incredible!! I had 2 kinds of pupusa and plantains with crema and beans. It was my dinner, breakfast (with a couple of eggs) and will be my lunch today too. Really great food. Will visit again next time I’m in town.

Best Salvadoran food in the metro KC area. Delicious pupusas in so many flavors, best freshest tamales, and so many natural fruit juice flavors. Definitely recommend!

Recently visited this establishment to support local restaurants in my area and was not disappointed. Very friendly staff and delicious food. Had the revuelta pupusas and will definitely be back.

The food was soo delicious I had the pan con Pollo and that filled me up and tasted amazing 100% would recommend to anyone who like salvadorian food!!!!!
