I chose Amy Ketchum-McGhee for her VA loan experience and am glad I did. I'm an out-of-town buyer and Amy guided me through my first Zoom calls to walk through homes and pointed out important items which might be an issue for VA appraisals. We found a suitable property that didn't pass inspection but - when I was ready to bail on buying in Manhattan, a better property came on market and Amy sealed the deal. I only came into town to close. She is a rock star with a cadre of professionals like inspectors & repairmen at her fingertips to spring into action. Wow is all I can say about Kelvi Cunningham and Ricci Dillon at ERA High Pointe Realty. From the minute I met Kelvi I received professional and efficient service to find my dream home. Every step of the way I was guided where needed and was able to move into my dream home less than 5 weeks after I first saw it. Kelvi and Ricci know what they are doing and they do their job VERY WELL. As a buyer (and I'm sure a seller) you get what you are paying for - a committed team of powerhouse realtors!

I originally worked with Ricci and Leslie back in 2020 to purchase my current home. I had such a great experience with the purchase process that I had to use them again for sale of my rental property in August of 2022.

High Point Reality and specifically the team of Marc and Eileen. I hope I can I find the proper words to express my gratitude and admiration for this team of true professionals. I’m a former NC Realtor so, I speak from experience as well as a client. My father passed away 2.5 years ago. To be kind the settling of his estate has been complete and total nightmare. Marc, thank you so much for what you and your team did. I was being crushed by what felt like the weight of the world crashing down on me. You took all that weight and put it on your shoulders and finally we have closure. Marc and his team’s professional advice, tireless work ethic, timely and accurate communication are superior to many many many Realtors that I have known, to include myself. When I say true professionals, I don’t use that lightly. The sale of my father’s property happened about a month ago. Marc and his team’s job was complete, and he had no reason to stick with me to the end, but he did! If he hadn’t, I don’t know where we would be right now.

On a bit of a side note, but with the current state of the political debacle that is the United States now. If you look Marc up, you’ll notice his lifestyle may differ from whom may be reading this review...But, if you pass on this man and his team for those reasons, and shamefully it did give me pause in the beginning. I will tell you this, you’re making a huge mistake and thank God I didn’t. Marc Kent is one of the finest men, finest human beings, and finest professionals I have encountered in a very long time. Marc, I wish you, your husband, Eileen and your whole team all the success, all the joy and happiness that anyone could wish for in this short time we have in this life. It's easy to imagine various challenges while purchasing the first property in a new country. Literally I knew nothing before it started. Ricci Dillon and Carrie Chai have been absolutely amazing in the process, and answered all my questions responsively. They helped me pick a fabulous site and a good home, negotiate effectively with the builder, and guided me through the full process. They are greatly knowledgeable about the local services and how to settle down rapidly and effectively. I love working them and will highly recommend them for your future purpose.

We were so lucky to be able to work with Kim at ERA High Pointe Realty, especially as first-time homebuyers! Kim helped us understand every step of the home buying process and the terminology that goes along with it. She provided wonderful guidance for putting in an offer and counteroffers while still making sure that we were comfortable with the amount and not overpaying. Her attention to detail was evident in every step of the process, from suggesting items for the home inspector to focus on, to making sure the sellers continued to maintain the yard when we were still under contract, and even brought in her own team to do yard work when the sellers’ landscapers weren’t able to mow the lawn one final time by our closing date. Kim is very familiar with the Manhattan housing market and shared helpful insights about school districts, neighborhoods, and great recommendations for service providers. She made the whole process of buying a home to be enjoyable and easy. We closed on our home five weeks from starting the search and as exciting as it is to be first-time homeowners, it was a bittersweet day because we won’t be seeing Kim as often! We highly recommend Kim and will definitely be working with her again whenever we go to sell our home.

Ricci Dillon was our realtor and she was absolutely wonderful. She helped us through renovation, staging, and the selling process. She was able to help us with referrals from contractors to lawn care. Even when we moved away she continued to check on the house until closing and kept us up to date. Can't thank Ricci enough for all she did for me since I was doing it all by myself.

My wife and I recently purchased a home here in Manhattan working with Craig and Ricci as our agents. Their team-based approach afforded us double the expertise, and we loved it. I was introduced to Craig through an info request on Trulia, and I am so thankful their algorithm chose to route me to him. From the start, Craig and Ricci went overboard with the amount of time and care they devoted to our home search. When we were looking, the Manhattan market had very low inventory, and what was there was often overpriced or underwhelming--or both. Craig and Ricci helped us navigate a tough market, avoided wasting our time showing homes that were over budget or didn't fit our "must haves," and continually offered tremendous perspective, helping us see things we may have otherwise missed or not considered. They were extremely honest at every turn, and could not have been more patient with us. I was very nervous about listing my home. I received this referral from the Rewards Network through USAA. Ricci and Craig were very professional, friendly and competent. I was able to sell my house very quickly. I feel as though they had my best interest at heart when acting as my sellers agent. They have responded quickly to any issues and were not pushy in the least, which was important to me. Overall, it has been an incredibly smooth process with Ricci and Craig. They have made a very good impression with me and I would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone in the Fort Riley area. They understand the military market and types of buyers who are in the area. That is extremely helpful in selling a home.

I also really liked the fact that they take professional pictures and a 360 degree video of my home that I was selling. That was the best thing they could have done and it helped to sell my home in a timely manner.

Ricci, Craig, and team and AMAZING! We had our house listed on the market for over 6 months with Coldwell Bankers and had no success and very little support from that office. As soon as we switched over to Ricci at High Pointe we had accepted an offer at the same list price as it was at with the other realtors.
Immediately after switching to Ricci and Craig we had tons of support and they gave us ideas to successfully sell our house. They painted our front door, supplemented the staging that we had done, and took new pictures with the new paint job and staging. Within a week we had an offer that they helped us negotiate and accept. And of course they walked us through the entire selling process and made it a breeze on our part.
We CANNOT recommend ERA High Pointe, specifically Ricci Dillon enough. Especially to military or veterans. Don't make the same mistake we did and waste time with another realtor. Start here and you won't be sorry!

My wife and I bought our first house through Jolene. It was by accident that we met her, but choosing Jolene as our agent was the best decision we could have made, as she was absolutely amazing. She was very patient with us, talking us through every step (sometimes a couple times), to ensure we had the correct expectations along the way. She has a ton of energy and worked around our crazy work schedules for showings and meetings.

She is incredibly networked within Manhattan; even after the closing she assisted us in offering professional recommendations as we began a few planned renovations.

Just wanted to give some positive feedback. We see so much negative online. My husband and I had a small rental here in Manhattan. We had tried several times to sell this little house to no avail. Marcel Williams was suggested to us as a new up and coming realtor in the area. We have to say that the house sold in about a month. He was a patient mediator between us and the prospective buyer. We literally had to do nothing but sign papers. He is from the area, so he is familiar with the local market. We are looking to possibly purchase another property. If that does happen, he is definitely on our list.

Ricci Dillon and Craig Scholz are a dynamite team! From day one they were very excited about listing our home, taking care to make sure it was advertised to the perfect buyers. They had a top notch photographer use the most current methods such as Doll-house view and virtual walk-thru to photograph our home. As a seller, getting a house on the market can be stressful and scary, but Ricci and Craig made it feel easy and even fun! They were always available to patiently answer our questions and were great about making sure we were all on the same page. We didn't worry about a thing. Ricci and Craig make sure that everything involving the home is just right for showings and even stepped in while I was out of town to make sure my home was show-ready right after a snow storm! Can't say enough good things about ERA High Pointe Realty and their agent Craig Scholz!! I had been looking for a home in the Manhattan area for some time and had very constraining parameters when it came to what I wanted. I'm very particular. When I finally decided to jump into the market, Craig was there to help me every step of the way!! He never made me feel pressured to buy and was very upfront and honest about any concern that I had. Eileen Meyer was highly recommended to us, and we quickly found out why. She was tirelessly enthusiastic through the entire process of helping us find a home. My wife had a one-week window to visit Manhattan and (we hoped) identify some options. Eileen made time to show us house after house, identifying the amenities and features that were most important to us and matching those wants/needs with what was available in the area. Again, we had simply hoped to just some options to kick around by the end of that one week, but instead, Eileen found us the perfect house, and we made and offer that Friday night. When first selling my home, I decided to put on Zillow. Brecken Klein spotted it a few weeks later and was very helpful providing me with her personal sales experience. About 3 weeks on the market, she offered to hold an open house with no commitment to list and explained the process thoroughly. A week later I happened to get an offer off of Zillow without an open house. However, I extremely appreciated Brecken's willingness to reach out and give me selling tips. If I would have had to list my home, Brecken and ERA would have been my choice!
