We needed a Christmas miracle and got it! I am so grateful and thankful for Darcy. I told her what we needed and she went right to work. I felt like I was the only client Darcy had - she was there every step of the way. Giving God the glory for gifting Darcy with such an amazing skillset -she is an outstanding realtor.

Darcy provided excellent services treating me as if I were her only client. She showed me several types properties in the areas I was interested in and within my price range. Her tremendous knowledge of the area and associated market made my experience enjoyable, extremely informative and successful! This was a long distance move for me after spending the last 42 years in San Diego, CA. So being able to see such a diverse selection of properties in a short period of time allowed me to get to an absolutely positive decision much quicker. Once we found the awesome house we discovered it already had one offer on the table. This is when Darcy's skills and knowledge really kicked in as she went in to immediate action advising me on submitting a competitive offer without delay. She guided me every step of the way and even though my offer was slightly lower than the highest offer it was accepted by the owners. So awesome! I love my new house!! I recommend Darcy for your real estate needs. We got connected through Dave Ramsey’s recommended realtor database. After reading her bio and conducting a video interview we decided she would be a good fit. She has a deep understanding of the local areas in and around Manhattan and is a wealth of additional local knowledge. We were buying our home remotely(site unseen) from across the country so it was imperative to have a realtor available to conduct video tours and inspect every detail about the homes. I believe we remotely toured about 11 homes. She went beyond what we expected of a real estate agent. When things got a little sticky with the seller toward the end of a contract closing, she immediately started working to resolve the situation and get us into an absolutely amazing home. We are very happy with the home we landed on and the part of town it is in. We couldn't be happier with our decision to work with Darcy, she was a great advocate for us.

Simply Amazing! Darcy was absolutely awesome and irreplaceable in our home purchase. She was always available and was always willing to go to properties and remotely show them for us as we were half way across the country and at some points even when we were out in the wilderness with no phone service at all! She made trips to any house we asked and focused on key places or aspects she knew we might have questions or concerns about. She is just a rockstar of a realtor.
She kept our expectations managed and helped to ease any stress or anxiety we had in such a big move and big purchase. It was comforting knowing that she knows the area so well and has such a plethora of experience. From first phone call to close of escrow, Darcy kept me going and never failed to keep me completely in the loop of our progress. Which took some doing on her part, as I changed my wants and needs she guided me through all the areas within what I thought would work for me. Had family in KS from up north to Concordia to east to Manhatten areas south of Junction City. I relocated from San Diego area of CA and all my visits to KS had been to visit my husbands family ( he lived on a farm in Enterprise) so the only thing I knew for sure was I wanted the rural feeling community and no more college town. The only want & need item I kept from start to finish was my show dogs. By process of elimination we finally narrow down what I needed and could afford to a much smaller area than “anywhere” around my realities to where I truly felt comfortable, all because Darcy tirelessly went through hundreds of listing to keep me seeing only viable properties. I drove around a lot of communities she recommended as possible doable areas. I could go on & on but if you are looking for a professional, thorough & knowledgeable person. You won’t have to look any further!

I really loved working with Darcy Ferguson when I last sold and bought a new home. It is a refreshing experience, she is professional, courteous, and always there when you need her. She was fun to work with.

I have worked with you and you’re not the greatest property manager. You take forever to send someone to fix the garage door, heat and garbage disposal. Up until we moved out, it still wasn’t fixed. You can try and comment that we’ve never worked together but in reality we have and that’s my experience with having you as a property manager.

We rented from her and had to take her to small claims to get our deposit back. We got our full deposit back and she paid court costs. As a landlord, she was very unprofessional and greedy. She may be quite good for buying or selling, however I would never recommend renting from her. Being done with her is a huge stress relief for my husband and I.
