Frontier property management has gone above and beyond in their service. The staff is kind, professional and timely helping tenants become residence at their properties. I had an incredibly short window to find a place and finalize paperwork and move in, and they didn’t hesitate, taking the time to make it happen for me. During this process I worked with 3 to 5 different people at the company and not once did I feel unimportant or that my time wasn’t valued. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent or lease. Staff is 100% top-notch.

I lived under Frontier for over three years while I attended KSU and they were amazing. I never even considered going with another company. I have two dogs which they allowed and I thought the pet fee was very reasonable. The very few times I had to put in maintenance requests they responded quickly and got their servicemen out fast as well. On that note the maintenance men were also super friendly and not at all awkward or discomforting which was nice. They were also super reasonable with getting me back a good amount of my deposit, I thought what they kept out of it was justified.

Frontier did such an excellent job building our new home. They were friendly and notified us weekly about the project. They used an app that made everything so easy to communicate and choose everything. We have a quality built custom home we will enjoy for many years to come. Everyone who has visited has been impressed. The best thing is that we came in under budget! Are we the first people ever to do that?

I had the pleasure of renting from Frontier at two different locations since I moved here to Kansas. They have been very responsive to all my questions and issues I have had. I just rented a recently renovated apartment with Frontier. As always new/ remodels have a few bugs to work out. The staff at Frontier addressed these issues promptly and correctly. If you ever have the pleasure of working with Laura or Bree you will not be disappointed. These ladies are very knowledgeable and courteous. I really appreciate them and feel very fortunate to have them as my property management team.

Frontier has been pleasant to work with. This company generally has responded on time and dealt with needs at a good pace. I’ve had most encounters with employee named Taryn who has solved all of my issues within a very allotting time period. She has given myself some house tours along with friends and was very knowledgeable along with very joyful. I haven’t dealt with many other staff members because I try to use her first but if she is an example of the rest of the company then I bet the rest of them are amazing as well!

Frontier has always been a fast, friendly, and reliable rental company. Their website is easy to navigate and paying bills or putting in a maintenance request is simple. The people that work there are very nice. Luke did some maintenance at my house and was extremely quick and courteous.

Frontier Management is the best! For several years they have managed our property in the most efficient and caring manner. They have kept us updated on any needed improvements that will benefit the renters and the landlord in keeping our apartments leased at the market rate for the area. Any concerns or questions are dealt with immediately. Many thanks to this team for the excellent maintenance of our property and their consideration of our renters!

I have rented with Frontier for two years now. They are a great property management company and it has been a very pleasant experience. Whenever we have maintenance requests, they tend to them promptly. Tanner is always willing to go the extra mile in making us feel valued as well as safe. I highly recommend them! Frontier Property Management was the best management company I have had in Manhattan. Far better than Emerald and Alliance. They were very understanding whenever a problem would come up and they would quickly find a solution. Most of the staff knew us on a first name basis and that made communicating very smooth and proactive. I loved having genuine and kind people who understood when life had its ups and downs.

Frontier has been so fantastic to me! I had to move recently and they worked with me on getting me into a new place without having to pay ridiculously high rent. I’m so grateful they were able to help me out.
I was able to walk in the door of their office and sign my lease within 5 hours after they checked with my landlord. I moved in that afternoon.

Frontier Property Management is top notch! I’ve worked in the housing industry for 30 years and have yet to see a company as responsive and professional as this company. I’ve personally worked with Tanner, Tyler, Tana, Cale and Hayden. They are all friendly and helpful. Manhattan has had recent flooding issues and even under difficult circumstances they have maintained their can do attitudes. Can’t give enough kudos to this group!

My daughter is finishing out her first year renting an apartment through this company. From finding the right place and looking initially to the end of the contract, they have done a phenomenal job! Really professional employees and agents in the office, and in all aspects, it has been a very enjoyable and easy arrangement. We are currently using them to find a different property for her this upcoming school year. Switching units because she wants a yard for her dog, which she did not have last year.

Abby, Hayden and Tanner were the most helpful and friendly people I've ever met. They were so kind and had me laughing the whole time I was with them. For the whole leasing/ renting process they have been willing to work around our schedule and needs. If you're thinking about going with another property management company you're just going to be getting a lesser quality of service.

Rented through Frontier for a year and a half and I have to say they were the best property management I had through all my years at K-state. When an issue arose on the property they were responsive and always followed up. They also never just randomly showed up without warning, a problem I had through the years with other property management places. Most of all, when I would go to their office to pay rent they always greeted me by name and spoke to me like we'd been friends for years. It always felt genuine and something so small really went a long way with me.

For a staff so relatively young, they really seemed to go above and beyond.

We rented a house from frontier for a year. Every single person we encountered was laid back, polite, and so helpful! I love that their pet friendly, and they're educated on emotional support animals. They're understanding when things are wrong with the house due to settling /age and aren't the type of company to try and pin that stuff on the renter. I had nothing but a good experience with them

3 years with the same company and still like them. They respond to any issues we have had quickly and did actually fix things! My complex is getting slowly remodeled, including the laundry room, but they do it in the summer between tenants, so it’s not too disruptive.

We selected the Frontier Management team to manage all of our property in Manhattan, and they have done a great job (Tanner and Sarah are exceptional). We really appreciate the way they are responsive, easy to work with and seem to genuinely care for our properties. Would definitely recommend!

We rented from Frontier for almost a dozen years and they could not have been better! Every person we dealt with was professional, courteous, and very efficient. And they were all very nice, as well! If you're looking to rent, this is the company to use. I'm sure you'll be as happy as we were.
