I bought a house through Prestige Realty in Manhattan Kansas. Susan was very helpful and guided my husband and I through the whole process of having a house built. The builder Italian Development built a beautiful house that exceeded all expectations.

We just bought a great home with the help of Karl Johnson. I have never worked with someone so professional but so fun at the same time! He has helped us with things that weren't even his responsibility. He was so patient with us through the whole process of finding the perfect home. He let us see probably 20 different houses before we found "the one." He never made us feel rushed, and always joked with us during the long process. He even came on day of closing to help fix our fridge and dishwasher! When finding a new home, he's 10000% your guy!

We sold our home through the Prestige Home Offers program, and it worked out amazingly well. Dawn and the team at Prestige made the process easy. As we were transitioning to a new home with a less than certain completion date, they were amazingly flexible in letting us stay in the property until our new house was done. Thank you!

We have worked with Casey on two separate purchases. He is a pleasure to work with & always makes himself available to you. No high pressure and very informed on all the properties. The office staff is very helpful as well. We won't use anybody else.

Not one, not two but three. I’ve now had horrible, unprofessional experiences with THREE realtors in this office. Don’t walk, RUN to anyone else. The ethics code does not apply here. They will blame you or your tenant for problems they caused. They will ignore your requests for help. They DO NOT care about you as a client as long as they can make $$ from you. When you tell them they are in the wrong they will simply drop you as a client rather than fix their errors and try to regain your trust.

*In response to the owners response to me, this shows how incompetent the company is. Yes, a lot of my reviews are in Europe. But the home involved with my review is in JC KS. I could post screenshots from emails from my interactions with Dawn (2017), Jordan (2017) and Casey (2021-23) but I didn’t. If owner wants more proof I’m happy to post proof!
