Connie and Jason have taken such good care of my 84 year old mother. They are patient with her, and very responsive. I read some of the negative reviews and cannot imagine Connie and Jason being rude. The quality of service has impressed me very much. I receive return calls and or text messages, and the tenant portal is very convenient. I feel very secure knowing my Mother lives in one of MK Property Management's rental properties.

These awesome people at MK Property Mgt have been our property managers for 13 years and haven’t had one issue *ever*with them. Connie is the BEST of the BEST! Period. We have trusted them 100% with our home there throughout the military career. Now retired and living on East Coast they still rent our property out for us. Connie is amazing! We would be lost without her and her. 5stars hands down

As a property owner Connie and the MK team have taken great care of me for the last 9 years. My property is almost never empty and they are really efficient when it comes to getting repairs done quickly and affordably.

My girlfriend and I have been renting from MK Properties for just under a year and we have nothing but great things to say about them. We have only had a couple small issues regarding our house and when we brought them to managements attention they took care of them in a very timely manner. MK Properties has always been professional but also very friendly to us. I would highly recommend renting from this company!

Connie and her team are great! They are quick to respond to maintenance request, emails, and voicemails. You can tell she genuinely cares about the properties she is taking care of as well as the tenants living there!

We had a pleasant experience with MK property. Connie always responded to maintenance requests and emergencies very quickly and urgently! Helpful and professional staff. Its a smaller property management company but they are doing a good job expanding and improving their business. I gave it 4 stars because our rental home had several problems/repairs that were IMO too obvious to overlook and not fix before we moved in. But they were more than willing to fix things for us when they became a problem so I'm not complaining!

Thiefs! They stole my 900 security deposit after making me clean the carpet that was bad already since I moved there six years ago. I took care of that apartment better than my home!
DO NOT CLEAN THE CARPET THEY WILL TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT ANYWAYS, no matter what.
Frustrating.... big big mice whiskers.
