NAPA Auto Parts - Kasper Auto Parts

I stopped by after having vehicle problems on the road and was helped by Roy. He was very knowledgeable and not only helped me narrow down the potential problem, but explained in detail how I could fix it if I didn’t decide to replace the part. I tend to shop around, but I made up my mind to buy it there because of his help. They unfortunately didn’t have the part in stock and the other nearby NAPA store that did was already closed. Since I needed it fixed that day, he told me where I could potentially find the part at nearby competitors. I was very impressed.

I have always had great customer service at this Napa. It does not take long to get parts or tools in whenever needed.

Great bunch of guys here! I drive from Spring Hill all the time to do business with these guys. Yes, there is a NAPA store in Spring Hill but its worth the money to drive to Paola.
