Nice employees and the doctors are great. They call and follow up and make sure to remind you to make regular appointments.

What a great place! Had a 9 am appointment, Walked in greeted by a very nice receptionist. Filled out the paperwork and was taken right in and the whole eye exam went quick. The Dr and Staff are very nice and helpful. Highly recommend .

Very polite, friendly and professional staff. Dr Deitch was very clear and concise in going through each step of the exam and answering any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend this clinic for all of your eye examinations or concerns.

So thankful for Dr Burchett on a Saturday night. I had not used the after hours services before and I am so thankful that this clinic has them. Just recently moved so first time visit. Very professional organization and excellent customer service from entry to exit. Provided answers to questions in easily understandable terms. Melanie, my eye doctor, is extremely knowledgeable, patient while answering questions, and a good listener. This is not one of those facilities that just wants to get you in and get you out. Highly recommend.

The best experience I have had at any eye doctor in over 40 years. They were very professional and friendly and answered all of my questions. They took their time with me and didn’t rush through the process.

I have never received this type of treatment anywhere. I had two ladies in the office that helped me tremendously. The one helped me two times prior to coming in for my appointment to help me pick out glasses, look at the options, and answer any questions that I had. She also helped with the appointment before the doctor came in and she was so fun and friendly. Also one of the ladies that worked at the desk had me try on her own personal glasses to see if I would like that frame that was available for me and even to let me see how a bifocal was and how to see through them. I was very impressed with the care I got and Dr. Burchett was extremely thorough and assuring on her exam.

The professional staff at Eye Care Associates is very caring and easy with which to work. They always treat me with respect and I value their treatment and recommendations.

The staff and doctor are amazing. My son who has autism really liked them as well, he said everyone was really nice to him. Would highly recommend them and for sure going to continue going there.
