Osawatomie City Offices

Well first off I think this city is crooked, and has been for a long time the city needs to be under investigation and audited. Apart from that, The ladies working at the payment center are always nice and helpful. Ed Beaurdry is very helpful, honest, friendly, and professional.

If it were possible to get zero stars they would! $200 deposit down? To be held for 2 years? Doesn't go towards your bill ever? Move out of Osawatomie, and have to wait to get deposit back...??? Can't make payment arrangements, no "cold weather rule", if you're late they will cut them off, no ifs ands or buts about it!! Absolute greed! The 1 utility woman is never at her desk, so you will never be able to make an on time payment over the phone. But if somehow you catch her at her desk, she's rude as hell, like it's putting her out to do her job. Costs an extra $6.00 to do card by phone, as if they aren't screwing you already. This small town sucks!!
