The US Cellular store in McPherson is amazing! Suzy was so helpful and knowledgeable and my husband and I were very appreciative of her helping us. The entire staff was friendly to everyone that came in. Their customer service was excellent!!!

Carla was amazing! Knowing I was gonna be in there for a little while she was still very prompt, friendly, and made sure everyone in her store felt welcomed. It was a very pleasant experience and all of us customers and her shared many laughs and conversations as she was working.

My mother and I upgraded our phones this past weekend, we were helped by Carla.
She was wonderful and made the experience very easy. She was the only person working at the time, so she was also helping other customers when our upgrade process allowed for it. She handled everything as efficiently and fast as she could and we didn't feel rushed nor held up by this.

I went to US Cellular in McPherson to upgrade my iPhone and Jo was so helpful! She went out of her way to make a phone call to someone who could help answer our questions about Apple family sharing and solved the issues that we were having trouble with. She was amazing!

I had trouble with my phone charging. I went into the store with my old phone. The team of Carla, Jo & Suzy got me figured out with a pho e claim. The also spent considerable time getting the new phone. Best service I've ever had, with ANY carrier! A++++ all around! Well done ladies.

Carla is such a lifesaver! All the staff here are amazing and super friendly. Carla never gave up on my phone and figured out a way to transfer everything I needed for my new phone! It was a huge challenge but she totally crushed it! Would absolutely recommend!!

Im 82 Years old and went in and was greeted by Jo Garcia. I told her a didn't know anything about cell phones and she helped me and I felt like i could go to work there. She was very nice and very helpful.

Brought over a number from another provider to a new cellphone that needed ordered. There were some complications with the transfer and an added line that we didn't want. However the staff were very friendly and helpful trying to make our interactions as good as possible. They also did everything they could to achieve what we wanted. We ended up having to keep the other line temporarily as we needed to leave, but they were able to get my new phone up and going before I left. They had also let me know they would continue to look into the issue further. So apart from the technical difficulties that every provider has and was not the associates fault. The customer service and dedication to the problem was very good. I hope the new plan will go equally as well.

The McPherson staff was most excellent in helping us get two new phones and a new plan. Everyone was easy to work with and helped answer all of our questions. Suzy, Joe, Carla, and Michael, were great.

While I am not happy about the store moving out of town making it hard for me to get help when I need it. I was happy to see my girls Carla and Suzy at McPherson. They are always kind and never make me feel dumb. They also explained why my bill will be changing with the government canceling ACP.

JoJo was incredibly helpful with my upgrade. There was a few technical issues on our side if JoJo couldn’t fix, Suzy was able to come in and fix it. JoJo made the understanding the plans easy and the data transfer was swift and easy.

Very busy here but Carla was awesome at multitasking! My husband and I have never had a bad experience here!
