It's difficult to find a gun shop/ gun smith you can trust. Midwest Gun fills the bill. They have sold several guns as consignments and were able to get a reasonable price. I've purchased several weapons from them and have been very happy with their advice and pricing. Great shop and worth the drive.

These guys are always friendly, very knowagable and honest. Great small town gun shop. They always have a decent selection. If they don't have it on hand there always willing to do there best to help you find it and get it there. Nice options on holsters,cases, sights , clips, vests , bags and all sorts of accessories. They also have ammo. I've purchased several item from them over the years

I have never asked a question he could not answer and just getting started on my collection and he dont make me feel totally stupid for asking said questions I have been in a lot of gun shops and always felt like an idiot when I left but not here .and I also like the small home town history before I found his store and after. Some of the most honest people I’ve ever met, even if you have to go out of your way, it’s well worth it. I pick this place over box store any day.

I've never been to this shop but did business with them via Gunbroker. I couldn't be happier with how I was treated. When I initially spoke to the guys on the phone, I was made to feel like I was a friend and not just a buyer. The email exchanges between both Tim and Gary were top notch. They went out of their way to make everything work for me. Great bunch of folks at this place, I'll be back.

Very impressed with these guys. They seem to really care about the customer. I have been involved in shooting sports since I was a little girl so I know my way around. Most of the shops, especially the bigger ones, just ignore me or talk down to me. Tim & Gary at Midwest Gun talk straight to me and tell it like it is. THey have had many chances to sell me something i didn't need or something more expensive than I needed but didn't. They are usually busy when I get off work but I always come away feeling like I was the only one in the room. I had ordered a small pistol and when it cam in it was blemished. They sent it back and ordered another one. Same thing, so they called the factory while I was there, found out the problem and got it taken care of. They are just a small town business so they don't have everything, but they are willing to help you find what you need and if they cant get it but someone else has it, they'll send you there. Great customer service, very pleased..

I traded my used shotgun in on a new deer rifle. It was a fair trade and they treated me with respect. Unlike the big discount stores they took the time to find out what I wanted and needed in my new rifle. The sales help were very friendly and more knowledgable than any I have ever met. I am a customer for life after my visit.

Firearm selection was incredible. More guns than any shop I've seen in a long time. The prices may not be the cheapest, but you pay for the service and quality. Absolutely no hassles or low balling, like some shops do. Offered me a fair trade on my guns and will definitely be doing alot more business there in the future.

I love this gun store! I have been shopping here for over a decade now and it is the only place I will go to buy a gun or ammunition. The owner is the friendliest business owner i have ever encountered and also has an extensive knowledge on fire arms, fair prices andv quality products. Bought a used Ruger M77 rifle stock off the Internet. The stock delivered to my home was far better than the rifle stock shown in the pictures on the ad. 100% satisfaction with price, delivery, communication, and the product received.
