I really like our new countertops, backsplash, and sink, but my wife absolutely loves them! This was an incredibly easy project from design, to quote, to order and installation. My experience with replacing my kitchen countertops with Ron has been a complete nightmare.I waited 15 years to finally get new countertops and less than 3 months after install the edges of my countertops literally started chipping. Ron assured me many times this problem would be corrected and he had new countertops for my kitchen. It’s been well over a year and I have reached out to him so many times, he always says he’s going to replace my defective countertops yet it hasn’t happened. I waited to write this review as I had hoped he would rectify the problem. I now realize I made a huge mistake picking Ron Osborn to replace my kitchen countertops.I will have to live with them as they are, as replacing them all over again is not financially possible for us. So disappointing, frustrating and unimaginable!
