Husband and wife owned. Kindest people there is. Authentic Mexican food. Large portions. Food is mouth watering good! I don't like refried beans at all, but holy cow, their refried beans are delicious! Never had the refried beans that were actually seasoned!!! So good. Highly recommend. Support the small businesses!!

Love this "taco truck!" I've been eating here for years, several times weekly. I love the shrimp and vegetable tacos. It's made to order. You're waiting for fresh, delicious and Authentic food. So thankful they are back!

Their tacos are the best! And their burritos are giant and delicious! Fabian & anna are awesome! They are great people who make amazing food and service with a smile. If you’re in town and looking for authentic, GOOD Mexican food, stop by and give them a visit. You can also call in you’re order before you go. The pluses are it's convenient, delicious, and affordable. The cons are that they are not always there in that spot, but recently, they have been sticking more to a schedule, it seems. A d sometimes you have to wait a little, but it's a small truck, so you just have to realize they are going as fast as they can. They usually have some people waiting there. But it's worth it! I always get the carne asada burrito. But the tacos are super delicious! Can recommend those as well. My photo is HALF of a burrito. I always forget to take pictures lol.

Hubby got chicken enchiladas sons frie d got torta and it was silent other than chewing and “oh my gawds” this food is amazing! Son Plays football at MAC-so we will be back every weekend (wish we knew about this place weeks ago!

Everything is wonderful. The only bummer is the wait, but it's always worth it! Can I suggest a numbered menu for ease of ordering? (For example, "#3 Three tacos choice of meat, #7 Fajitas meal with options", etc.)

Growing up in Texas you have Tex-Mex and authentic Hispanic food everywhere. I was blown away when I found out this place existed in McPherson.

This place is AUTHENTIC Mexican food. Not taco bell, not Taco Johns, and it won't have tons of sour cream and American cheese on it unless you ask for it. That's how it's supposed to be so you can taste authentic flavor. Corn Tortillas, rice, Chorizo, mmmmm :), and for 7$ you can get a burrito packed to the brim with steak and rice that you can't even finish in one sitting.

Best taco truck ever. I almost ate there every single day. Very hard working owner and very friendly.
The prices are very reasonable and its really good quantity.
I love this place.

All I can say is wow. By far the best authentic mexican food I've ever tasted. Steaming hot steak and hot tortillas. I definitely reccomend.

I had the pork tacos tonight and they we're amazing. Best Mexican food in town and it's at a reasonable price.

This taco truck makes some of the best tacos and burritos in McPherson. The best tacos are the pork or steak and the best burrito is the chicken one. The tamales are also delicious.

4th or 5th time I have eaten at this little place! Great food each time. Can't wait till I am back in McPherson again!
