I had some issues with the Verizon app, and customer service, but Russel was happy to help me with everything. He was also very professional and comfortable at the same time. Even with a time crunch, due to me having to go to work, Russell got me in and out of the store as quickly as possible. Excellent service, thanks man.

I use my phone daily for my business, being with out it for even a short time is not an option. This morning when I woke up and my phone would not work, and my applications were crashing I went into our local Verizon and Jamie was a great help! She set me up with a new phone, transferred all my information from my old phone and helped me purchase the correct accessories. Great service and very polite and helpful!

Stephen was awesome he was super friendly and very knowledgeable! He made the phone buying process a breeze! What would have taken literally hours at T-Mobile only took about 30-40 minutes!Fantastic service!

Annabelle was so extremely helpful! I needed a screen cover for my new phone. Last week I had visited the Verizon store in Olathe, they were very busy and extremely rude, so I decided to try the Verizon store in Paola. I was helped immediately! She not only helped me find the right screen cover, she put it on the phone and even helped me register the screen cover for the warranty!! She should definitely get a standing ovation and a raise for her customer service! 5 stars!

I so enjoyed Alyssa helping me with my phone issue.... In the Verizon store.....she went above and beyond with problem solving! The tech , Chasity, who called me later that evening to complete checking my phone... backing it up and sending me information how to factory reset and recovery.... was equally wonderful!
Sure made the few hours less painful.
Thanks for having such a great, caring team working Customer Service!

I was treated the worst ever by a so called mgr very smart and misleading and does notprogram the new phone purchased. The girl that was working there programed my phone so I could use it her name was missy very personal Nd great with customers she needs Jameys job she would build it up she is so good and very helpful and I noticed Jamey does not go over details about prices on trad ins I have been a customer for 25yrs and I certainly don't need this.

Excellent customer service. Employee exhibited a lot of patience with me while I was trying to decide What I was going to need. Very knowledgeable. Was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a cellular phone company in a long time.

Had been to the Olathe 119th store they were no help. Showed up at this Verizon greeted with a smile. Jamie was awesome she handled my problem in no time. I will be back she was over and above what the 119th Olathe store was. I will drive from Olathe to this store from now on I recommend everyone else does too

Jamie was fantastic she was with us working for us over 6 hours until she could address the problem with Verizon and is. She will be the only one I deal with from now on she the best

I will never have any service but Verizon because of their amazing customer service. Over the years they have been there in person, and being able to talk to real people is rare these days. Always a pleasure to meet with them.

Jamie is our go to person for all of our phone needs. She is alway professional, knows the products she is selling, and is able to answer all of our questions. Jamie is truly an asset to your company!

They did a nice job. There was some difficulty activating, but they were patient and made the calls that were needed. We appreciated them staying late to get our stuff done.

Brandon took the time to talk me through all the options. He advised me as he would a family member. His focus was on getting me what I needed and what was best for me rather than forcing a sale.
