Jason Foster is a true paragon of customer service. I have not had this much respect given and received from a sales associate since I lived in Texas. He goes out of his way with every customer he gets in his store to ensure they are absolutely satisfied and happy with what their issue or purchase was. 10/10 would come to this particular store or any store he's at to get service even if I'm another city or state away.

Great staff that were incredibly helpful. Keira helped me return to Verizon through the win back department after the call center was not able to help. She gave me multiple hours of support and was an absolute pleasure. Thanks Keira!!!

Taylor, the store manager, was very patient with me as I stopped by at lunch and then again shortly after work. She didn't try to push the most expensive phone on me. She actually recommend the Samsing A50. It's a cheaper option, but a phone that would definitely take care of my needs. She stayed late and helped me get everything switched over to the new phone. I really appreciate her patience & knowledge! The rest of the employees were super friendly as well. I definitely recommend this store!

James was amazing in his knowledge, patience, demeanor and helpfulness. He was a real professional and delightful to work with. He was so impressive that at the conclusion of the two hours he spent assisting me (while simultaneously helping 3 other customers) I asked his for a contact point to share what a great experience it was working with him. James is a gem!

Amazing Customer Service!!!! McCauley and Alex are awesome at their jobs. They went out of their way to ease the transition for me upgrading to a new phone. Any customer new or repeat is treated with the respect and professionalism rarely seen in other businesses. I am in there monthly to pay my bill and they remember my name and face. Keep up the great work ladies.

Happy I went in to this place. I bought a new phone in Lawrence and they were a high pressure sale and get you out. My phone did not work. After hours on the phone with tech support I needed a new SIM card. I walked in to this store expecting about the same service as Lawrence. Boy was I wrong. They were not surprised about the bad experience in Lawrence. They were able to get my new phone working and showed me some things I Did not know on the new device. Awesome customer care even if the sale was not in that store. I will drive the 50 miles for better customer care when the rest of my family needs new devices.

I called Verizon in Lansing prior to going to their store. Ashley and James were extremely polite and knowledgeable about the services they provide for my situation. Upon going to the store they both continued to show their knowledge and were very professional. Thank you both for taking care of my needs.

My family and I had a great experience today with Team Leader Tanishalee Moore and Sales representative McCauley Nichols. They both provided focused attention to our requests and solved all our problems quickly and efficiently. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional and we could not be happier with the service we received! I would recommend them to all our friends.

They were so nice and kind, and very patient with us choosing a new phone! They knew about the plans very well, and helped us make a decision based on our needs. I’d recommend anyone switch, and go to this location to do it!! The very best customer service :)

Had the pleasure of working with their store manager Zach. They we super nice and helpful with ordering my new phones. Got me big discounts and I left with two free tablets, phones, and Verizon's HUM device. Very satisfied! Highly recommend!

Had many different transactions to complete and was in need of information for the best deals. I received that and more! The professionalism and knowledge of the the staff was 10/10. Truly exceptional customer service. Recently I downloaded and app that was causing issues that I could not resolve. I went to Lansing Verizon store and was pleasantly greeted by Krown. She was phenomenal and very patient. I explained my plight to her and she was diligent in making sure my issue was resolve before I left the store. An awesome team, both her and the team lead, Tanishalee were truly great professionals in providing customer care.

I came into this location after getting a notification that my phone was eligible for an upgrade. Tylor and Ali were super knowledgeable and extremely helpful in giving me all the information I needed to decide on the right product. I've gone to other stores where I feel that they are trying to sell me a specific product, but at this location, Tylor took the time to walk me through 6-7 different options that I was considering and was extremely patient with explaining everything. I was even offered a soft drink while waiting for my data to transfer. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to have a great experience to come to this location. Thanks guys!

What a great store! Location is convenient, customer service can't be beat. Zachary Farr was extremely helpful in setting up my new phone. At my last visit, Anthony Carroll was helpful as well. Both are excellent at explaining things on a level that is easily understood. I highly recomend this Verizon store.

Greeted promptly with a smile and knew right where to point me for what I needed (screen protector). She not only applied it for me but made sure I knew how to register it and use the warranty if it ever fails. Also helped me update my plan for Apple Music. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Kennedy is an amazing employee! She really made above and beyond efforts to help with issues I had transitioning a Sprint phone to Verizon. She was able to work on my complex issue while simultaneously helping other customers in a fast friendly and efficient way.
