Such a great company! Wyatt and Dylan came out to fix the leak under our sink and our the waterline for our fridge. They were able to come within a day of us calling and did a wonderful job with repairing and cleanup. I recommend this company for any plumbing needs!

Had a water heater go out at 1300 hours on a Friday. The owner, Gene, came out to inspect what needed to happen. He gave me many options since I have a 2 person tub, and 2 person shower with all the different water heaters on the market. He capped the water line, and said he would be out promptly on Monday morning. On Monday, Gene came out with 2 other plumbers and did an outstanding job with putting in a tankless water heater and new shut-off for the main waterline! I HIGHLY recommend and will use GRT Plumbing again!

My only reluctance to give this recommendation is that I fear when others use them, they will be so pleased with them that this company will get too busy to respond to calls! Lol! They were on time, polite, courteous, well priced and did a very fine job. We were very happy.

Work done was okay but the surprise came when I prepared to pay. The owner insisted on adding $30 to the bill if I used my credit card. I no longer do business with GRT. Additionally, if you look into this you will see that, in eight states, it is illegal to upcharge when credit card is used. Kansas is one of those states.

Reliable family run business, on time, honest, reasonable prices. However, the day they were secheduled for the job, they elected not to perform it, no explanation given and did not reschedule the work.

Wish I could actually give a review of their work, but unable to. Called to schedule an appointment for a bid. They missed that. 2 days later, get a call to reschedule. Waited over a week, called again. Was told the owner would call to schedule. That was 6 weeks ago. Called someone else. They are already done
