Wonderful little motel with original mid century/retro decor. We arrived during extremely cold freezing temperatures, and most of the rooms had frozen pipes when we checked in. We were given a room where the pipes were supposed to be working, but then they unfortunately also froze overnight. They did offer us a discount for that, but we didn't push it since we were just staying there to sleep during travel. The front desk was very friendly. The room was clean and spacious for the price. Would totally stay there again. Just be aware that if you're working with a computer, the room we were in was lacking grounded outlets. Adding to the retro appeal if you don't have to plug in a laptop or other grounded device. We had our service animal with us and didn't have any issues. Parking was close to the room and we had no trouble parking our cargo trailer.

We stay at The Evergreen at least twice a year from AZ to MN! They are so so kind! This place is so quaint and I love we can pull right up to the door. We have two dogs and I walk them around the property. Great price..clean and comfy! We sleep very sound!!❤

Was driving through and Needed a room Christmas night. Rose was great from start to finish. I have stayed here before and service was very good both times. Quaint motel, very clean and love the personal service you get. Safe and pet friendly. Love that you park right outside your room also. Will definitely stay again.

What a nice place to stay. Cleanliness is most important to us and it was clean
Retro tile in the bathroom was very cool. We had a large room on the end that we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend. The town was wonderful.

Stayed in the RV section of the park for nearly 3 months and we had no issues. The campsites are pull through on gravel which is nice and easy. There is plenty of room infront and behind the campers depending on which section you get put in. There are a lot of long-term residents, but there are also quite a few one-nighters that come in. We have had no issues with the neighbors and have even made friends with a couple of them. My boyfriend’s company paid for our spot, so I’m not sure on pricing, but one of our neighbors told us it wasn’t too high for monthly. There is a lot of green area to let your dogs or kids run around. We were on an end spot so we were able to tether our dogs up. There is a storm shelter off in the field that Rose makes sure to keep clean just incase it needs to be used. Oh have I mentioned Rose? Rose is the very kind and sweet woman who runs this park and motel. Rose has been very helpful and very kind to us our whole stay. Up at the front of the hotel there is a room that has the washer and dryer (both coin operated) and the ice machine. There is a pool, but we were here from February- late April so it wasn’t opened. Around 4 on the weekdays the smell from the slaughter house comes rolling in, but I’ve learned that it’s not as bad over here as it would be on the other side of town. I suggest buying a case of water for drinking, the water is very salty and hard from all the oil drilling in and around town, we have a water purifier pitcher, but it just made the water taste weird. Rick’s Restaurant that is located at the front of the hotel and it is a pretty good breakfast diner that has good prices on their food. Overall everyone is pretty respectful and kind and we would come stay here again!

An inexpensive, clean, spacious, secure room with exceptional customer service. We loved staying here and will stay here again if we pass through Pratt KS. We were able to park our semi truck with no problem. The kind lady at the front desk waited for us as we were getting in pretty late for check in. It was after 11:00pm.

We travelled through Kansas, and stayed here. It was beautiful, clean, green grass and trees, and a pool!
The room was very nice, roomy and bright. I love decor from bygone years and this bathroom was lovely and spacious.
The owners are wonderful! If we'd had time, we seriously considered staying a day or two longer, a great place to stay.
Rick's is right next door for breakfast.

For an inexpensive and very clean room, you cannot get better than this!

My two must haves in a room are clean and safe, which this place satisfies.

The people that run the motel and front desk are very pleasant and friendly. That is a bonus on top of the clean and safe requirements.

The room is very spacious. In addition to the queen bed, there is a rather large living area with a couch. There is also a side are with a desk and chair.

The room has a refrigerator AND freezer as well as a microwave and TV.

The bathroom is also clean and on the large side.

This place also accommodates RVs although I have not seen those pads nor do I know the price. Sorry!

All in all, I am extremely satisfied with my room and accomodations.

As an added bonus, "Ric's restaurant" is open for business and an awesome place to have breakfast or lunch.

Highly recommended for a budget room.

As older motels go, this is as perfect as they come. This place was built to last by real craftspeople who knew their trades. The tile in the bathrooms is vintage and perfect. Very clever details done with meticulous attention. The place has not been “updated” but that would be a tragedy to erase the excellently maintained charm of this cool place. It’s really the tops, if life had style in 1963 in your mind.
It’s also really affordable.

Usually I don't stay at motels, but I would if more were like this one! we stopped over for the night on a road trip, were greeted with friendliness, and had an easy stay. the room was spacious and the bathroom was cute. the kids loved the pool after a hot day of traveling.

We found this place online while on the road and were delighted. The price was very reasonable and the room was clean and had a homey touch. The owners were very pleasant. I don't usually write reviews but felt compelled this time. If you are looking for a basic hotel, to me, it was far better than the chain hotels. We just needed a stop over for the night.

Have stayed twice and had a great experience both times. Full hook ups, quiet, well maintained, front desk staff is great. Pool was only opened the first time, too early yet in 2022, but it was a nice refresh after a long day. Bath house could use a little upgrade, but is sufficient and clean. Will stay again if we are back in Pratt.

Showed up having tire troubles in a RV the man inside offered to fill our tire up wifh air and even helped us out by figuring out how to install a valve extender on our valve stem. Above and beyond as far as customer service goes. Really awesome a good people and great enviroment. Would reccomend.

Very nice clean motel. Owners are exceptional people. Rooms are clean extended stay prices are pretty reasonable. They do have a few rooms a little bigger than others. Also have a pretty cool room that is a caboose made into hotel room we didn't stay in it but they let us look inside. They have an outside pool. Which was great. Also located next to Rick's restaurant which is nice. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed here having to travel during the epidemic. This place was spotless. They even sanitized the key and credit card before handing it back. Gloved up and barrier between us and her. Ever so grateful. They were very nice folks as well. Quiet spot. Will stay there again if we go through Pratt.

We pulled in on a very cold afternoon in January and stayed in an RV pull- through site. Didn't need water, just the electric. RICK'S restaurant is at the front. Wanted to try out their breakfast, but also wanted to get on the road. We will try to get back and stay in warmer weather!

This is one of the Best places we have stayed in on any of our hunting trips. Rooms were big and clean. I was impressed from the time I opened the door. We will definitely be back here next year.

Ive stayed in both the motel and campground for over a year for work. The owners are like family. Its retro, but with modern needs. The prices are great, especially when you still have leases to pay at home. Im going to miss it here when we head to the next project. Ive made a lot of friends in this tiny town.

If you're passing through Pratt, this is the place to stay! Amazing people, quiet and cozy, great amenities. Yes its vintage, but its local and family oriented. Recommended to anyone needing a nights rest. I called ahead to see if they could accomadate my semi and they were able to. Great, amazing people!
