American Inn Motel

Clean room and comfortable King bed at a great rate, reasonable dog fee and modest but luxurious grassy area for them, and VERY helpful and kind management. I left something in the room and they shipped it to me promptly. Several restaurant choices nearby. (We walked to Los Cabos across the street and had an excellent meal.) Would stay again if stopping in Pratt.

This is one of the absolute best stays I've ever had, on site managers are incredibly kind caring people, the rooms are kept spotless, the beds sheets are crisp and white, feel clean. I do not have enough good things to say and I travel all over the country staying in hotels!!! I'd stay here over any chain hands down!!!!

5/5 stars! Great price! I would personally shake this managers hand for clapping back at the ones who rated and were untruthful! Great service! Clean rooms! Best hotel I've ever stayed in for the price! A walk away from pretty much anywhere you can think of! Just all out an amazing experience!

Recommend it to anyone, it was a very nice and clean place to stay at a very reasonable price. Recently updated. The king size bed very comfortable. It had a nice little table with chairs and a desk area with a chair. Note they do not have the usual shampoo and conditioner, nor breakfast. That was fine as I always bring things and the money you've saved on the room will more than pay for a breakfast.

The manager/owner was great to deal with. The rooms are modern and clean. They have paid attention to details here and the overall cost for the value is great also. I've stayed here twice in the last weeks and I will again in a few days. Keep up the good work.

I give this hotel a five star rating because it was more than I expected. I'm a pipeliner, and at the end of the day, I'm not too picky. Bed, TV, shower... I expected it to be as small and dank as the last hotel in this price range. I was not expecting a king size bed, and a spacious room. I expected half the size, with few accommodations. I got more than expected. The ice machine even works... Sometimes... 🤣 All-in-all the two people I've dealt with at the desk are friendly and knowledgeable about the booking and haggling process.
I recommend American Inn to any union member construction crews and helpers just starting. You can get a room for yourself and not be distracted by shenanigans... Of roommates.

Very clean place. Located across the street from popular sports bar and grill. Managers are very friendly. I left a pair of pants in my room and the owners had saved it in their lost and found. Since I live 7 hours away, they were willing to ship to me. I will definitely stay here again when I visit. Thank you American Inn.

This is a locally owned motel, recently renovated! Rooms are extremely clean and beautiful. Flat screen TVS, microwave, And mini fridge in every room! You can tell the owners take pride in their business and have a “customer comes first” attitude. I would recommend this motel to anyone or family going through Or staying in Pratt for an extended time!

This ain't a hotel! This was HOME while I was there. Customer service has gone much beyond that of some 4☆, maybe even 5☆ hotels. They keep up with your quality of life, if not better. Truly a place to relax and rest. I travel a lot for work. This was the most beautifully attended place in a 500 mile radius. They raise Pratt's.... no.. they raise KANSAS' standards of customer service by a superb long shot ♡☆☆☆☆☆

I used to be stay at other Motel in Pratt but this time I tried American Inn and it's absolutely wonderful stay I had, Neat & clean Room, Quite place. Convenient parking, Comfortable beds. What else you need in this price. Service is absolutely quick and staff is very friendly and helpful.

We travel to New Mexico every summer and usually stay at chain hotels, but that stopped the moment we walked into our room. The staff is so friendly, the rooms were very nice and very clean. I will always stop here on the way to and from New Mexico.

Safety chain lock on door broke, tile broken in bathroom, and no applied after bar on the doorway going to the bathroom. Little nails poking up could cause cuts on feet. It was clean and worth the price.

Not bad, except the drain plug for the bathtub needs to be fixed.

Very friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms. Excellent for a few nights of rest while on the road.

My mother stays here when she comes out to visit, pet friendly good-sized rooms fair prices and location surrounded by all the accoutrement you can think of.

Very clean and ample space. Decent price and quiet. Slept sound an restful. Highly recommend this place for traveling on Hwy 54.

Best Place to stay. Spent night with good sleep on comfortable Beds without any disturbance. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Clean, warm, especially nice staff. Fast food next door. Central location in town. Price is right.😃
